Pleasant smell
These use natural essential oils to repel spiders. They smell mostly of peppermint, which also does keep mice away. We use a different product in our rafters with peppermint oil for that reason. These are to repel spiders, and I really hope they work! As far as what they are, you get a box with 9 sets to put together. So tear open the plastic pouch holding the product. Place the product in the little velure bag and pull shut. I love that it has a string so I could hang it in the bathroom behind the toilet where spiders like to hide. I also have one by my plants and by the bed. It says keep out of reach of children, but we don't have kind. Our dog is not interested, and I put it out of her reach anyway. Looking forward to seeing how this works as time goes by. Currently spider free, just not sure how long that will last.

loses smell fast
Do not recommend for a room that you have your windows open all the time.

Does not work
We hung these on our outdoor cameras to try and prevent spiders from building webs in front of the cameras, triggering them to record. They did not help at all. The spiders still make webs right on top of the bag.

Nice individually packet
This peskegis spider repellent is well made. The manufacturer has made great care to make sure their product is presentable and can be placed anywhere in the house without people knowing it’s a repellent. Each repellent is enclosed in a sealed plastic and each repellent has its own velvet pouch. The repellent do have a minty smell but it won’t last forever.

Spider Laughter
Ever hear a spider laugh? Use these and you will. I have a small deck box. Spiders love webbing it up in there. I bought this product and hung it on the lid. ( first i evicted the spiders and cleaned the box). The very next morning a spider had moved in. I dumped all the packets in ( the box stores beach towels) The next day the spider had moved over so a friend spider could move in. They both laughed as I closed the lid and sighed. I do not recommend.

Powerful little sachets
Those little sachets look cute and make big difference. It is great idea to make them separately from the poison, which is protected in thick plastic bags until you need to use it. I needed it for our not done basement with open crawl space. Nature was definitely winning in there. But this stuff works. Somehow, probably through vents , it affected the first floor too, because we had just a few spiders this year. Usually they were hiding in every corner, appearing and multiplying overnight. I hate the smell of chemical poison, that is why this repellent with natural ingredients works for me. Also, my cats are not bothered at all.

It works!
My husband and I live in a heavily wooded area, so you can imagine the spiders. For awhile, I was seeing at least one a day... And I'm an arachnophobe. I started using these things and I've only seen two tiny spiders since. If this keeps up, I will definitely continue using them.

I am not sure thats a good sign...
My front entry is a bit cluttered and always has a few of the 8 legged freaks hiding in corners. My personal reaction is to "KILL WITH FIRE!!!" But in the interests of being less agro and destructive and learning to love my fellow earthnauts, i wanted to try this product and attempt to warn them away. These little sachets come individually sealed and release a fresh minty smell when opened.I tossed a couple in the corners of the 2'x8' entry and hoped for the best. A week later when i checked them, one of them actually had a spider sitting on top of it just calmly chillin. Cue little girl squeal. When i finally had my torch, gloves, and courage, i went back to deal with it. And the rascal was gone... I haven't seen one anywhere in the area for a couple days. I am not sure if its working and the one i saw was a masochist, or if it isn't working and he's waiting for me somewhere. I'll give the product the benefit of the doubt but i am not sure you can say it is a repellent if they can sit on top of it. I wonder if I can just fireproof that room?
