Defective fit and finish
Coil springs are unusable...The spring tips were formed improperly and curled in way too much...The top of the springs is supposed to have a straight or "flat" tip...they didn't...The bottoms are supposed to fit the spring insulator cups...They don't...Somebody needs to look at a OEM coil spring and formed it the same way...Otherwise, they will keep being returned...
