Q: How to use this product?

They were a gift to my twin grandbabies. The parents would put in freezer and and give the key ring to the babies to put in their mouth. The babies teething will put anything in their mouth. Also hang them on strollers and car seats

They hold up very. We’ve washed them by hand many times throughout the day and our babies seem to enjoy them as teethed toys. I would buy them again.

Until the infant has teeth that can bite through them.

Q: Are these ice key rings BPA free?

Yes they are I researched them for my granddaughter. She is now six months old and loves them . I would recommend them to anyone.
