My family doctor recommended Co-Q10 when I was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, and suggested a rather high dosage (400-500mg/day). I've had some that were almost too big to swallow, but I don't have that problem with this brand. They're soft gels, too, so they go down a bit easier than hard tablets of the same size. I take mine at night, along with my other vitamins/etc.

This is a great product. Even my accupunturist agrees. Good quailty and good sourcing. You can trust this brand and it is very important you do research to pick you supplements. So not by the crap off the Walmart shelves you can hurt your body mre than helping it with all the filler ingrediants they put in products.So I highly recommend this company. If you take and type of cholesterol-lowering medication - it also lowers your body's Co Q10 levels. Co Q10 is in every cell of your body and is essential. This is a reliable brand and a good dosage to maintain your Co Q10 levels and your health.

I haven't taken this product enough to judge it. I guess it works okay. I don't notice a lot more energy.
