Will 1:1 50 inch screen work with a projector that is 800 x 480p, support 1080p, brightness 1800 luminous efficiency contrast:1000:1?

You are getting way too technical for this issue. This is not a display, it is simply a 50”white surface to project on. Size is determined by distance between the projector and the screen. Brightness is determined by lumens of the projector versus the amount of other light in the room.this is a good screen for a relatively small space (conference room)where the projector and screen don’t have to be far apart

does this come with a carrying case?

No it does not, but I purched a golf club bag and it fits perfectly. Just be sure (if you decide to try the bag) to use some cushioning to keep the projector in tact.

Does this screen have gain? Meaning is the white surface reflective or dull?

Its not reflective, its matte white.

Is the stand removeable?

I never got mine for some reason they keep switching the the delivery date. Seems to be no way to cancel since it had already shipped. What was supposed to be two to three days it's been weeks and still nothing.
