The tire is suppose to be self healing but I have to fill every 2 days
The tire is suppose to be self healing but I have to put air in it almost every 2 days. So it’s obviously leaking. Try to email the company but no support

Looks cool, but is miserably slow
This is a heavy, powerful scooter. But, the firmware limits the speed to a silly 18.6mph. This machine goes so slow, it is boring. It makes no sense. If I still had the box,I would return it. Scooters in this price and weight range typically go faster. If you are an octagranarian, this is the scooter. It looks beautiful, has a great suspension, and excellent brakes. It just doesn’t move

High quality and powerful
The media could not be loaded. I used it on campus! it is heavy-duty, and not so easy to carry in my trunk, but I really enjoy riding it. The scooter boasts an exceptional range of up to 40 miles on a single charge, it's amazing! The battery life is also excellent, It held up remarkably well during my test rides, allowing for longer journeys without frequent recharging. The scooter also offers a lock feature through the app, which enhances security when I park it in public areas. The tires are huge, The 10-inch tires provide a smooth and comfortable ride, handling various terrains with ease. Lastly, The braking system is highly responsive and reliable, I mean if you press on the break too hard, your whole body will fly out of the scooter, the break is very responsive. Overall, I love everything about it, it just too heavy for me

Powerful motor, didn't give up going up hills even with a heavy dude on it.
First up you should know that I am about 1.5x the weight limit on this scooter and it handled me just fine. It was able to reach its top speed with me on it on any straightaway with no difficulty, even mustering enough acceleration that I had to make sure not to hit the throttle too hard so I would be able to stay on and not get left behind. Even going up the hills on the jogging/bike paths in my neighborhood - which I looked at and thought, "Well, the scooter might not make it, I might have to walk that part!" - it slowed down to only about 3mph but it never gave up, it never stopped, and it never had any kind of mechanical difficulty. I am super impressed by this. The hardest step of getting this scooter set up was pairing it to my phone via the app. I had to try a couple times to get the bluetooth connection to link up. Eventually I realized that at a previous step in the process I had failed to tap on my scooter in the app, and so when it was searching, it didn't know what it was searching for. Their tech troubleshooting info doesn't address this at all, but when I searched for it online it was a rather common complaint - one that didn't appear to have many people mentioning that they found solutions. So I ended up uninstalling/reinstalling the app -- which is probably more extreme than I needed to do, but I was kind of frustrated and just wanted to start from scratch - and then I noticed the scooter to tap on in an earlier screen than where I'd been stuck - and presto! It worked.Other not-way-over-the-weight-limit reviewers have confirmed the advertised distance on a full charge. I can get about 15 miles in my area, which has lots of hills, and also please remember that I weigh 1.5x the weight limit for this scooter so it has to work REALLY hard to haul me up an incline. Under that kind of a load I have zero criticism for a lower range on a single charge.I don't have any other e-scooter riding experience to compare this to, but I can tell you that the frame is heavy-duty and sturdy, simple to assemble (all you need to do is screw the handlebars onto the top of the front shaft), and it's simple to fold down / set up when you're carrying or getting ready to ride it. The throttle is smooth and intuitive, the brakes are simple and work just like my bike - one handle for the front wheel, one handle for the rear wheel. The blinkers are excellent because I do like to signal when I'm turning. The headlight does a good job of illuminating the path (and anything on the ground) in twilight, but I have not ridden in true dark. The tires, being inflatable instead of solid, do a GREAT job of rolling right over things like pebbles, leaves, twigs, small branches, curbs, and going from the sidewalk to grass to a paved path with ZERO hitch in the forward momentum. The footboard area is plenty large enough for me to change my stance and swap which foot is in front if I want to.This scooter is a champ, I am thrilled that it can handle me and it's a lot of fun to ride. I did buy a rearview mirror to clamp to the handlebars so I can check what's behind me without having to turn away from what's ahead of me, but that's all about personal preference and how experienced you are with riding.

Support ghosting
I purchased this scooter as an early bird supporter. I loved it, but after a but over 100 miles it started to vibrate and feels unsafe to ride.Support initially responded, but after providing them all the details they requested, they have been ghosting me for over a week. The scooter is under warranty and I'm trying to figure out where to service it.

Goes up hills with ease
We live in a hilly area, so the extra power of this model is much needed to avoid getting stuck. So far I’ve been very impressed - I have not found a hill that it can’t go up.If you’re new to scooters, something to keep in mind is that this is a heavier one, it weighs about twice as much as the lightweight variety. It is larger and may be harder to fit in the trunk. With the soft ride from the special suspension and 20mph max speed (which is plenty fast to stay safe), I think of this one as the Cadillac of scooters, not so much like a sports car.The design is simple and beautiful. This has every feature I would ever want for long distance commuting. I love the ringer bell, as it has a classic sound and feel.A review would not be complete without some imperfection to point out, so I’ll mention a minor annoyance. The thumb throttle doesn’t have a good modulation feel - it has a dead spot in the beginning of applying throttle and then suddenly kicks in strongly in mid throttle. This results in jerky motion, and it also makes my thumb tired. So I am experimenting with moving the throttle with my full hand wrapped around it (like a motorcycle), and I am able to modulate it much more precisely and comfortably this way. I love everything about this scooter except for this minor issue with the throttle design.

One awesome scooter!
I love this scooter! Charges easily, I can ride for almost as far as my daughter on hers. While we have fairly limited experience with other scooters, there is a huge comparison difference between the two. This one can ride on dirt so much easier, comfortably and safely than hers. Speaking of safety, there are signaling devices that are so easy to use. Braking is so much smoother on this one. While there is a good 50 pounds difference between my us, we both agree this is a far superior vehicle and makes others (including the rental ones) a way rougher ride.
