Don't buy this product
This is a very bad product it looks ok but it smells nasty vettiveru smells very pleased but this has a rotten smell I would like to have it replaced it with the original product or get a refund, thank you

Are the roots clean or do they have to be cleaned before consumption?
Are the vetiver roots already clean or do they have to be cleaned for consumption? And how to clean them?

100% Waste of Money
There is no khus fragrance in this at all. When used in water, no changes in water fragrance or effects at all.Only it make water dirtier and messier. You have to compulsorily sieve the water before you can drink it.

Cooling quality...nops
Khus roots are supposed to cool the water. But this product which was received doesn't cool water at all. I kept it glass water bottle (with water) for almost 24 hours...but the water didn't get cool even a little bit.
