I was looking for a navy blue felt eyeliner, and the photos looked like this would be it. Not so - it is electric blue. If that's what you're looking for, it's perfect. It really is a beautiful color, and it lasts all day. It's not the navy I was hoping for, but now I have a fun electric blue.

This is one of the best eyeliners I find in a long time. I used to buy a similar one from Maybelline for the last few years, but they always discontinue great products and it is so hard to find that perfect replacement. This eyeliner, I purchased the blue which I thought would be lighter than the Maybelline one I had, is surprisingly navy blue when applied. It goes on very smoothly and precisely. I am purchasing 2 more to have it handy! I love this eyliner and would recommend it.

Finally found a felt tip liner that's not too wet/dry, and the tip is also perfect softness for easy applying

Dried up quickly.. it went on so well. I was so pleased then it dried up so quick in less than a month. Yes the lid eas on tight.
