I bought this bag to assist with carrying on instead of checking as it provides some extra clothing storage. Bag is pretty good. Zippers seem very good.A few suggestions would be to have the backpack shoulder harness removable. Add a single shoulder strap and connectors for us who like a “messenger” bag layout . Add a few more small zipper pockets on the inside and have the keychain holder in a zipper pocket for extra layer of protection. I’d probably add a little more width to the suitcase strap and turn it so it runs left and right instead of top and bottom.With the options I provided for improving, this bag could be the best bag I have owned in my 30 years of business travel until then, I modified it myself.
