Trend are my go to company for router cutters and routing generally, and I've also used a lot of their snappy bits and pieces over the years. I've always found their stuff from routers and bits to anything else to be of good quality. I needed to get some new drill bits so rather than get a cheap and cheerful set I "invested" in what I thought was a fairly expensive set from Trend.Life got in the way so it was a couple of months before I actually used the drills. I was very disappointed to say the least when the first drill I used snapped at the holder. I wasn't using undue force, I wasn't doing anything weird, I was just drilling a number of holes in some softwood. After about fifteen holes it just fell apart.As I say I have previously found Trend products to have been of good quality and durable so I hope this is a one off

Great performance and sharpness. The hex bit makes them easy to use in a drill as they don’t slip in the chuck.

I ordered a Ring doorbell which needs to be wired to mains and the kit is not perfect if you did not already have a permanent bell installed (but it is expensive enough to come with an included electrician). This was recommended as the most suitable power supply and it was such a good price I just ordered it at the same time. Delivery was Prime and when I finally installed the bellpush (it took me ages to decide an exact location - I know, next to the front door but: which side???) I put this little beauty in first and it woked perfectly and immediately. I will be able to cover and hide the wire on the inside and the bell has constant power on the outside.

I've used Trend products for years and definitely worth spending slightly more. Great quality and durability.

This is a really great product, sits so nicely on the outside of my compact tool bag using the Velcro strap on the back. I gave this product 3 stars because there's two design flaws that I do not like, the adjustable strap on the back, it can only adjust on the one side so if you adjust one the other it's loose and sticks out like a sore thumb. Also, inside the back the middle detachable pouch is only one sided, it would be better to be dual sided to increase capacity at no cost of space.
