Beautiful 5 year pocket sized journal
The media could not be loaded. Really beautiful 5 year journal . I like the celestial hard cover and really nice arty blue pages. The book size is 16 L cm x 10.2 W cmThere are 4 lines for each day/yearGood quality paper pagesThe lines are about 4 m enough space to record daily life eventsI like the gilded page edges which makes the book stand out and make it more special and thatthe journal has a marker ribbon.I am enjoying writing notes each day and knowing that I can compare the daily notes yearly. It will be cool to have an overview of what happened in 5 years of life.

Quite the Most Beautiful Five Year Diary
I ordered this diary because I've kept a diary since the age of 17.I always use the 'five year' type which gives you around six lines per day - quite enough for me to select two or three great or horrible things to note down. It makes it achievable and I never miss. This diary is quite the most beautiful I've ever had - and I've had a few - with its lovely cover and arty pages inside.I write in it using a fine blue ink type type marker - the sort sold for technical drawing - and it looks great.

Beautiful book, 5 years of memories at a glance!
The cover is really beautiful and the layout inside is perfect. A few lines to record special memories of each day, with 5 years of the same date on one page. I love the idea of going to the same page each year and remembering what happened in previous years on that date.

Would have preferred larger writing space, but that's the compromise for a compact size journal
Beautiful little journal. Hard-back covers that have a bit of a spongy feel. I especially like the gold edges. Inside, the pages have subtle light blue sky-with-clouds-like hues. I like the fact that there are variations on this (and repetitions).Personally, with my eyesight not being great, i would have preferred a larger line spacing, because you have to write TINY to fit into the lines. I'm ignoring the lines and writing free-style!Overall a great idea to have 5 years of journaling at a glance. The product seems sturdy and hopefully it will last the full 5 years of daily use.The first one I received was damaged (inside cover), and after two chats with two Amazon customer service agents, I got an exchange.

The clue is in the description!
I've just finished my first 5 year one and about to start my second, exactly the same design. For those who say it doesn't have much space.... it's a line a day kinda concept, therefore you don't need acres of space. The fact it's called 'one line a day' should be the clue you need as to its objectives.....For those who seem to think the inner designs are from being kept somewhere damp, or are stained can you not see that's part of the whimsical design? There's a repetition to the design, so that's awfully clever 'damp/staining' then, isn't it?Yes, after 5 years of daily use, some of the gilt edge has worn a bit, but it still looks beautiful. No pages have fallen out, the spine is intact and the ribbon remains steadfastly attached. If you're looking for somewhere to keep your extensive memoirs, this is not it, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a sturdy and attractive place to pop a few lines (there's 6 per day to be exact) then this may well be the kitty (but not my actual kitty as he would not be impressed at all).Enjoy, because what you'll have at the end is a delightful insight into 5 years of your life.
