I have one of these every day. I sweat so much when I work out and can get dehydrated easily. This really helps me to get in fluids and sodium. They taste great too! I can even drink this while working out and it does not upset my stomach. The mix dissolves easily just by shaking a bottle or staring in a cup. I use more water than recommended when I mix this because it can taste very strong and salty if you don't. If you like gatorlyte these are a much better value than buying the bottled version.

This stuff is really good. My favorite flavors are the watermelon and the cherry limeade, which surprised me, given that I don't usually like those flavors in most products. The orange isn't great, but it's still okay. This does just as good a job at rapid rehydration as Liquid I.V., but at a much more affordable price point than LIV is. I would definitely recommend this!

The flavors taste good but due to the sodium it is a little salty . recommend drinking fast

I think this is the best tasting and most well balanced hydration drink that does not contain niacin so you don't get that niacin flush. One packet is perfect for one water bottle.

I'm glad this was available. It seems good to keep around in case we get sick and need the hydration/elctrolytes. But I was very disapointed in the taste of the cherry line; almost tasted rather soapy to me and I won't drink that one again. the waterlelong is different and rather refreshing. Seems ok but I wouldn't ordeer tehse flavors again. The bottled ones have tasted better.
