This seasoning has a lot of strong flavors that kind of compete against each other. I found it to be a bit too overpowering for me. There’s no mistaking the peach and mesquite flavor in this. This seasoning was a bit too sweet. Sugar is the first ingredient. I wish it was spicier and more savory with just a hint of the peach and mesquite smoky flavor. I think this seasoning would work well as a dry rub on some baby back ribs because those tend to be more on the sweeter side. It also has more of a grittier feel so the taste of each ingredient in this seasoning is pretty strong. If you like peach, mesquite, and sweet, this may be your seasoning!

Aroma is awesome and so are the results using this seasoning. I've used it on pork chops and chicken. Meat tender, flavorful and moist.

I haven't done a bbq meat with it yet but have used it on the stove for vegetables and some meats cooked on the stove. Really great flavor. Sweet and slightly spicey.

It tastes the way it smells, very sweet I didn’t like it on salmon but maybe chicken

Just received and great size for the price. Has a nice mesquite smell, with a sweet finish and had a good balance overall. Bringing Texas bbq to CA!!
