Drive MedicalGel"E" Skin Protection Wheelchair Seat Cushion, 18" x 16" x 3"

bought for my husband who is disabled,he has quite a few things wrong with his back, has arthriis all though his body and is in terrible pain, so bought this cushion to help relive the presure and hopefully ease the pain a little, very impressed, the gel makes such a difference, when my husband is able to sit in a chair the cushion makes it a little easier for him. well worth the money. would definitely recommend. great for the wheelchair as well

great cushion for me, it is slightly heavy, but then again it does not move when you are transferring or getting on the wheelchair so I am very happy with it

I am sure most users will find this product perfectly suitable. It is certainly comfortable and flexible and it relieves pressure on the sciatic nerve area. Unfortunately - for me - the flexibility, and the slight sidweays movement resulting from it, affects my spinal injuries and is not as suitable - again, for me - as memory foam type cushions.

I bought this item at the end of October 2013. It is now approximately 18 months old, and the cushion collapsed completely about a month ago.The gel inner seems to have burst, although nothing has leaked out. The cushion is now very uncomfortable and unuseable.Considering it was only used a couple of hours at a time, and never at weekends, it has not given great service for the price it was.Overall, not very impressed.

Super cómodo por su centro de gel. Muy buen accesorio para la silla de ruedas y le queda perfecto. Permite estar sentado mucho tiempo sin cansancio.

Broke my tailbone in kindergarten on a slide & then again when i was hit by a car in highschool. Only had this cushion for a week but it has already given my sensitive @ss some relief

I broke my ankle and needed a wheelchair. This pad makes it so much more comfortable to sit in. Good quality, too.

This is good to have as a backup cushion for a wheelchair. If you have sensitive skin though, it might be better to get cushions which are inflated with air instead. This is water resistant as well. Again this is good for those who are not prone to pressure sores. If you prone to pressure sores, this would be better to have as a backup cushion for situations where you have no other options
