Fairly Odd Novelties Grenade Shaped 3D Mold Fun Bomb Military Ice Maker Gift, One Size, Green

I recently purchased these to create awards for one of my roller derby teams. I filled them with wax and then pained them. They came out great once I got the hang of it. Disclaimer: I’m not a crafting wizard, so some of this may be common sense to you, but it wasn’t to me. I assumed that they were sealed a few times and they weren’t, which made things messier than they needed to be. Overall though. The awards came out great and I would definitely work with them again in the future. Now I just use them for their intended purpose: making giant grenade ice cubes, which are great if you can cram themInto your stainless steel water bottles like I do.

This item was a terrific gift for my son. He loves it and it comes out looking very cool!

I used this to make a chocolate grenade for my sons birthday cake.I did not fill totally with chocolate but I suppose you could. I used the mould in a similar way to making easter eggs adding a little chocolate at a time to make the shell and when it was ready put the 2 halves together and coated the inside again to join the parts.It worked well, there was a little hole at the top and I had to make sure it was well chilled before opening.The seal was great, nothing leaked out.
