For several years, I had to rely on my free iCloud storage and my already large storage space on my iPhone to save my pictures and videos. I had pictures of my kids, my husband— all the memories I had was on my phone. Eventually, I ran out, and I struggled to find options to save storage on my device. I had more than 15,000 photos and videos saved (accumulated over 8 years), which accounted to hundreds of GB of storage. I tried transferring it to my PC via a lightning cable, but found it was too tedious as I had to manually select my photos. Worse, at the times where I did successfully select a handful of my photos to transfer, the process would stop completely due to a copying error. I also considered paying for an iCloud subscription, but I realized I did not want to pay a pricy subscription that I would most likely need to upgrade in the future. This product solved all these problems. The thumb drive connected to my phone easily. The accessibility of the app and its ease-of-use allowed for me to transfer hundreds of my media at one time, which was so much easier than doing it manually. The one time price is well worth it, as opposed to paying hundreds of dollars over the months paying for a storage subscription like iCloud. What’s more, its convenient adaptability of its connectors allows me to also use it on my PC, a device I use often, which makes this product even better. The only warning I have, which is not even specific to this product but all external drives, is that it must be kept safe! You need the drive in order to access your photos, but it’s essentially the same as keeping your phone safe or not downloading viruses into your computer hard drive. Ultimately, this product absolutely worth it— the storage, price, and all the memories you save to make room for more are all positive qualities this product has that makes it worth buying.

Easy to use. Needed it to transfer photos and videos my son took with my Pixel 7 Pro so he could view them on his phone. Ran out of space on my device so I couldn't send them to him. This device worked beautifully! My Pixel read it and I could transfer files one-by-one but that was taking too long. So I plugged it into my laptop and transfer the files from my phone to the laptop and then transferred the files to this flash drive. Files transfer so quickly that you almost can't tell they actually transferred. But, they did!

Initially I was very attracted to this device's capacity for the price. This was a mistake.When I tried to use this drive on my phone, the first thing it did was pop-up and tell me I had to use it's app. I examined the drive, and there were some unknown drive areas and some other files. I decided to do a deep military grade erase, reformat, and re-partition. It should have wiped everything from the device. I plugged it in again, and tried multiple storage apps that should have worked with any viable USB drive. The device will only work correctly on an iPhone with its app, which means it either has a hardware incompatibility or firmware that you cannot erase that forces the device to use the manufacturer's app. Who knows what you get with a niche Chinese app???I returned the device, and I bought another one that worked just fine. This device is not a generally compatible USB drive, and no one should use it.

Easy to use and easy to download videos for long flights. Lots to love here! Wish it had a little carry case for everything but it’s a nice stick. One fault that you should be aware of is that the metal outer shield sits too close to the lightning adapter when extended so if you have an Otterbox style case it will not fully seat. I had to take a razor blade and modify mine to get the stick to connect. I tried using different sets of charging cords as an extension and none of those would work.

I have 27,000+ photos, and pay for extra cloud space, I finally bought this Flash Drive, but was worried that I’d do it wrong and lose some of my photos. I’ve tried to delete things I don’t need, but that will take forever with this many photos! I downloaded the required App in less than 15 seconds, plugged the flash drive into my iPhone 12g Pro Max, and my 27,000+ photos were transferred so quickly (like one second!) that I thought nothing had happened! Nope, they’re all there! Then I transferred videos, document and music just as fast. The flash drive is metal, not plastic, and comes in a nice little box with a foam insert to protect the drive and adapter. Now I can delete blocks of photos and free up space on my iPad and iPhone, and reduce my cloud space. It also comes with a nice little instruction booklet I haven’t needed yet! This is a great buy!

Apparently, my original review didn't pass some unspecified community guidelines. So let me word this more carefully and avoid accusations, because other potential buyers deserve to know what I experienced.I bought a 1 TB USB 3 flash disk. I received a product that was labeled 1 TB USB 3. When I checked, the disk properties said 1 TB. However, as I transferred files to the disk (at USB 2 speeds), the files that would have taken up space beyond 64 GB were all corrupted. The transfer behaved as if the computer was trying to write to sectors on the disk that didn't actually exist. I think I'm allowed to say that this disk is not what I paid for and that it appears that somebody along the way formatted the disk to appear as 1 TB when it's actually only 64 GB.If you are shopping for a flash drive, I'd encourage you to know what flash drives from well-known brands are selling for. For example, if I bought a 1 TB 3 USB flash drive from a physical big box technology store, I would have paid double what SCICNCE charged.

冷やかし半分で購入したが、本当に１TBであった。厳密には999Gb程度だが。この値段でこのサイズは驚きだった。SSDのUSBメモリサイズのものも出てきているが、お値段的にはこれはお得だった。アップデートでlightningが認識しなくなった。USB↔lightning変換コネクタで試しにUSBで接続したら再認識した。容量は999Gbのままです！参考までに。

全製品が該当するとは断言しないが、手元に届いた１TBの製品を「ValiDrive」で検査すると、毎回検査結果は一定しないものの、いずれも仕様よりはるかに少ない容量値しか指し示さない。どうやら巷で話題となっている容量詐称製品であると判断し、返品請求を行ったところ、即日返金していただいた。その対応の速さは評価するが、返品先の中国へは着払いの手段もないため、製品はそのまま手元に取り置いている。包装やコネクタのギミックは大変素晴らしいのに、電子的に容量詐称されていては小容量のデバイスとして使用することも叶わず、ただのゴミに過ぎないのは残念である。自身への訓戒とギミックのおもしろい「おもちゃ」として残しておこうか。

処理スピードが遅く、充電が無くなるまでにバックアップが完了されなかった。もう一度、充電してからバックアップを再開しようとしたが、USBが接続されなくなった。安いからと思って購入したが、「安物買いの銭失い。」になってしまいました。

ケースをつけたまま装着ができなかった。

さすがです。星もつけたくない品物です。お金を返して欲しいです。
