I purchased my printer back in September 2025 The printer is super easy to use , you can upload images or it has a lot of its own on the app. I use it to tattoo and I absolutely love it. It’s super affordable. It recently broke and I contacted customer service and within 3 days I had one delivered at zero cost due to still having warranty! Wow am still in shock as all I needed was a gear from it but instead they delivered a brand new one. I am beyond grateful ! God is good! Thank you soooo much!!! I definitely reccomend! I believe this is my first review ever . Am still amazed 😆🤩. Battery life is good! I recommend when opening the printer when jammed and to avoid issues , press both buttons to open at the same time so nothing breaks . It’s super easy to connect ! The quality is amazing as you can do highly contrast ! It’s a decent size and super easy to use again! 10-10 100% reccomend

The printer has been excellent since I purchased it last August. It prints clear stencils, I’ve never once had it jam, and was very quick to set up and learn to use. The battery life is fantastic, and it is extremely portable. The stencils print out very quickly and clearly. Love the printer, love the brand.

Got this for printing tattoo templates, and the details is incredible. Everyone is right about getting the transfer paper from the same brand. Just get theirs and save yourself the headache of inferior tattoo transfer paper. When it came in I printed out a detailed tattoo to see how it would do. The image was perfectly clear. The printer I had before this was horrible at small details. Then, I put the transfer on my arm to try it out, and it lasted for two showers, and body lotion application. Usually after you apply the pattern and start wiping away ink and reapplying gel, the pattern disappears and you're winging it to finish up the tattoo. Not the case here. Your transfer will last until your tattoo is completed. Also, it's a great printer for documents. Overall I'm more than pleased and would recommend it to anyone, even if you just need a small, portable printer for documents. Just remember you do have to buy thermal paper, as regular copy paper won't work, but it's worth never having to buy ink cartridges and being able to easily take it with you.

So far, I have absolutely Zero complaints and a lot of Wow. I love the fact that you can be completly portable in your tattoo world, it can be plugged in while running or you can charge it and get plenty of prints without worrying about the battery. If you go to clients to do at home appointments, this is one less thing you have to ask to plug in. The software for it works well but be aware it has a monthly or annual fee (the annual is a much, much better value for the money). Uploading your own images into the software to print isn't complicated at all, and it has features to take your own drawnings and run different filter to give you different stencils for the specific style of tattoo you're doing. Its compact sized, comes with a nice bag to carry in. Its not too heavy or too light, its that perfect weight that say quality. It is completly wireless, can be operated by; phone, tablet, apple, android, PC. It also comes with all the wires necessary to to connect it directly, if you need to for some reason.

I don't tend to tattoo images from the internet but draw my own designs. The App allows me to take a photo of the drawing and resize it printing directly as a stencil. Also allows you to print at three different saturation settings and gives you the option to remove colour. The print came out good quality. Really happy with this purchase.
