I added it when I replaced my damaged prop. Fit easily. If it functions as advertised, my crankshaft is protected from shock damage. I did not detect any performance changes.

Both of these failed on the first time out within 2 hours! The spline portion is a separate piece of plastic evidently. And very thin..never seen one seperate like thus in 50 years boating.

I compare this visually to my original quicksilver setup and it looks identical enough that I keep it as spare on my boat. I can't comment on how well it holds-up but at the price, I am willing to bet that in a pinch this could get me to where I am going vs hoping for tug.5 stars

Plastic sleeve feels stiff and low quality. Bronce insert only hast about 1/2” of contact. Return it immediately.

Seems well made and is my backup that stays on the boat. Hope I don't need it. Recommended

The media could not be loaded. Installed into my prop of my 200 Pro Xs. First time out, I ran 2 miles on a calm lake and hub spun.

As a person who loves to be on his bass boat as much as I can, I know from experience that it's a good thing to have certain back-up parts on hand in case something goes wrong. That's why I got this. It seems to be as well-made and as good in quality as the hub my Merc prop came with, so knowing that it's handy just in case I ever need it gives me a little peace of mind
