Works fine. Fan auto on at temp. The display stays on always. The red glow thermo ain't so bad. The bright white brand logo lights the room. Covered it with tape. Don't use the vent covers. It did rise the temps.

This looks good sitting on the top of the Xbox, we were worried not having a fan to remove heat from the unit until now. This seems well made and came with a bonus set of rubber covers for all the ports on the console. It also has covers for the vents. The instructions are very lacking in English translation and do not mention the port covers or vent covers as far as I can tell. With only two buttons on the fan it wasn't hard to figure out how to operate it. So far it is very quiet and seems to be functioning well.
