The original idea was to get a small means of transportation I could strap on the back of my kayak so I could get back up the river on the bike trail to fetch the car... but it turned out to be really fun beyond that. It took me about an hour or so, supporting myself at a wall in the garage, to get a feel for balance and learn how to get on and off.After that, I carefully took out on the road. It's like anything else, practice, practice, practice. And ask of a sudden you are cruising along enjoying it.Another comment - after the first 10 minutes I was actually ready to ship it back. I was scared and thought at my 63 years of age I simply shouldn't do this. Then it "clicked" and I truly enjoy it.Their support chart told me that the app is coming out soon. Will definitely explore it when ready.Overall it seems a solid product to me. Watch some YouTube videos and get cruising!

Unfortunately i got the product, it looked amazing but it was completely out of charge. After 24 hours in the charger, still not power on it. I tryed to get in touch 4 times, even though amazon but nobody answered.I sent it back, had to take to a ups and pay for label to print. It sucks!Whenever you sell a product the least you should do is see if it is working. I am very frustrated

Did not work like described. It kept throwing me off while riding. Definitely dangerous. I had to send it back.
