Very Little Water Pressure! READ!!
I bought this kit with the intention to set a timer and water my vegetables twice a day. All of my vegetables are on my deck and in pots. Once I opened the box I was extremely impressed with the quality of the 1/4" blank distribution tubing. Very very nice tubing.I initially read some reviews and realized there was a good chance I needed a pressure regulator without knowing much about irrigation. This project took me quite some time to setup. After nearly every nozzle that came with the kit was in place, I turned on the water and there was just not enough water pressure. I had 17 nozzles ready to go and the first 5 received water and the rest did not. It was clearly a pressure issue, because as soon as I turned the first five red nozzles off the next 4 or so nozzles would get some water. I did so much researching and I assumed something was wrong with my spigot or the pressure regulator.I tried so many different things and it just hit me one day, I told myself even after the length of time it took to install the 1/4" tubing I was going to remove it anyway and install the $6.00 (1/2") blank distribution tubing that I purchased at Home Depot. I also purchased 1/4" barb connectors, 1/4" hole punch, and a few 1/2" fittings for the mainline. So, I went home and installed the 1/2" tubing as the mainline. Poked holes with the 1/4" hole punch and then installed the 1/4" barb connectors with the 1/4" irrigation tubing that came with the kit. This now works amazing! I'm pretty confident I could add many more 1/4" drip lines with nozzles and have zero issues. It is unfortunate the amount of time I had to spend on this. I wish I would have just started with 1/2" tube as mainline. Now from this kit I am only using a few of the items:- 1/4" tubing- Red Drip Nozzles- Support StakesI would recommend a kit that has both 1/4" and 1/2" tubing. Along with the red nozzles, support stakes, 1/4" barb connectors, and a hole punch.Pressure regulator, timer, and 1/2" irrigation tube fittings would be a bonus. Also, just an FYI: Since I thought it was my spigot, I checked the psi and it was in a normal range (48 psi). Many websites approved of that. Also, I checked my GPH and GPM which appeared to be normal as well. So, I knew it had to be the pressure through the tubing.Such a great setup now and very worth the hassle. Glad I could figure it out and hopefully this will help anyone that is searching for a setup like this.

Vacation Saver
I set it up before we left for Florida and was gone for a week. Very hot here. Anyway this saved me. My potted plants were thriving when I returned.

Great concept but broke pretty quickly
Purchased this to water our plants while out of town. First time purchased the shipment was missing the timer. Second shipment had all the parts and was assembled. It appeared to work great for about a week and then stopped working. Every day the settings reset. It was cheap and when it worked it was fine but wouldn't recommend purchasing if you want something reliable / plan on using it more than once or for an extended period of time.

Worked well, Kept plants alive and flourishing while away
I purchased this irrigation system to water my outdoor potted plants ( in conjunction with an Orbit timer) while I was away for a week on vacation. Set up was fairly simple and I noticed no leaks in the lines and fittings. Being able to adjust the flow to each head is a great feature because I had several different size pots requiring different amounts of water. Most heads had to be turned down close to most restricted setting to not flood or over-spray the lip of the pot. As a lesson learned, i would turn all your heads to the lowest setting (nut not closed) when you first prime your system or be ready for a deluge! One running adjust your head to the right flow volume. The only flaw with the system I found is that with the length of line provided and the number of heads, the system ran out of water about half-way through my set-up. My last minute solution was to break the line and add another 1/2" garden hose connection; not the cleanest option, but it worked! A last bonus that might be overlooked is that the system is modular and compatible with other brands, so I was able to pick up extra last minute parts at my local big box store.

Good Beginners Package
I bought a simple package of 50 ft. of 1/4" hose, 20 drip nozzels, and some spikes to hold the thing in place. It went together easily. I had to buy another spool of hose because the planter I am irrigating was just a little too far away. The timer was easy to set up and seems to work well. One challenge I faced was guessing how much water to let drip out for the hour every three days I am going to have the system drip. I ran the system and figure I am dumping about 1.5 gallon of water on each plant per watering. We'll see if that is sufficient when I get home after vacation.

Good design. My plants love it.
I really like the small adjustable sprinkler heads. Very adaptable. Can be configured about any way you need. Pair with a good timer and you are set. My garden has never looked better. You may need to cover the first junction (highest pressure point) with soil or mulch. Hot sun can cause it to weaken and separate when it comes on.

Each package feeds about 24 Ft of tubing
The issue I had with this product is that it's nearly impossible to get enough water pressure to reach spicots for a full line of tubing. Due to the small hose size, I had to stop a line after 24 feet of tubing. Each package contains only one interface with the water source, so this left a lot of unused tubing per package. They should provide more interfaces with the water source in each package or increase the tube size so the water can feed more than 24 feet of tubing.

Product works
Bought this to keep planters watered while we are away on vaykay.Formerly the planters would be dried up when we returned from being away.Flowers looked bad and had to be tossed.Easy system to set up even without directions. Looks like it will do the job. Pleased so far.Need to watch that we don't overwater though.Handy timer is battery operated. Hope they last while we're away.Timer set to water for 10 minutes at 7am and 10 minutes at 8pm and will monitor and adjust as needed.Black hose and tubing should be cooled down from midday heat at these times. Not great visually to have black tubing running all around the patio. Will try to conceal with mulch.Small price to pay to have the planters remain beautiful the whole summer.:)

Leaking system
The media could not be loaded. This is a cheap system no matter how you look at it. The 12 head distribution system leaking bad, pressure is divided among 12 head but if you need to run along a rectangular garden bed, then you will run out of pip. Here are the breakdown:1. Not enough pip to run to from the water main or to provide water to the whole garden2. System is leaking all over its connections3. Due to singular point of contact distribution, it is cumbersome and hard to run the all the piping band and forth from the head distribution to all plants.4. The timer is leaking too and stop valve of the timer , when it is stopped and not working, it leaks! So you are still watering the garden when it is supposed to not doing so...5. The pressure is not easy to adjust as it is full on or full off. In my case, either outside of the garden bed or off!6. If the diy needs adjustment several times, the manual not properly stated all connections and how to use the system, then just not good enough.

Works with rain barrel
This helped with the water pressure from my rain barrel. While it doesn't gush out. It does just enough for the plant. Much stronger than a soaker hose

No conventionnal fitting
Fitting are not compatible with garden hose and always leak
