I have a poop eater. I don't know why he does it. It may be due to the anxiety that he came to us with from his previous life. Our other dog doesn't eat his poop. I've ordered this product twice...It seemed to be working for a while and then...it didn't. I don't think it has to do with the product, my dog is just a turd eating freak. We've literally tried every trick in the book and he just....doesnt...care. He DID stop eating his brothers poop, so that's a plus, I guess.I do like this product. I think it's a good way to go. I DO wish that maybe they were a little stronger each piece so I didn't have to give them 6 each every day...we go through them pretty fast with 2 horse sized dogs. But that's my only complaint....other than having a doodoo eater for a pet

We tried a few things almost simultaneously, so I'm not sure the chews deserve all the credit, but hey not having our puppy instantly turn and gobble up her own poo is reassuring. Now she walks away after doing her business.

Highly recommend if your dog has a nervous stomach that results in diarrhea (even with blood). My poor dog has had loose stools for years. Every time I would leave him with a sitter, he would have explosive diarrhea when i returned. It had gotten progressively worse. I had tried pumpkin from a can in the past but it was only a little effective. I also tried probiotics. That too showed some positive results but not as effective as I wanted. Finally after my dog got upset for being left with Grandma for the weekend and had bloody diarrhea (plus getting up in the middle of the night with explosive diarrhea), I decided to try this stuff with probiotics (separate purchase) and positive results happened immediately and continued to improve over a month. Now I have gone on 2 trips and he has been perfectly fine while I was away. No symptoms. He must feel so much better. The poor boy.

Dogs love the treat. So they must think the flavor is pretty good (I didn't try it myself). Smell seems decent, it's not overly powerful and the dogs can tell when I opened the 'snack jar'. It does a whole before the intended affects kick in, so you'll have to be patient. But till then they think they are getting a treat.

I got this product because one of my dogs kept eating the other dog’s poop (but not her own). We gave both of them these treats - hoping they would make her feel more nourished and eliminate the need to eat poop and hoping they’d make the other dog’s poop smell unappetizing. Within a few days, she was noticeably less interested in the poop, sniffing it then just walking away from it!! We will continue to order this.Note: we also started feeding the poop eater an extra 1/4cup of food at meal times, so I might suggest that to anyone having this problem as well!!

Product seems reasonably priced and the dogs like the taste. Dosage for my little one seemed a bit strong. I'm starting him at a 1/2 chew and we'll see how he does. Really hoping this helps them to kick their nasty poo habits!

My dogs loved the taste, didn’t have to hide them in PB. But as far as the poo eating it’s not made a noticeable difference. But it might be helpful with the probiotics for their digestion at least?

I have a cat with irritable bowel issues, and another who is a picky eater. I bought this product with the hope it would help my sick kitty, but they are both benefiting from it. I disagree with reviewers who said it has a bad smell, I think it smells like brewers yeast or malt. My cats think it smells yummy! i mix it with their wet food, and the picky eater will actually eat his food without a treat on it now! The cat with the bowel issue has been having more respectable poops and as others have said, the poops are far less stinky since they've been getting this powder. I'm half way through my first container and I will certainly order it again. I wish my vet had told me about products like this, I think it's going to be a game changer.

The regular pre/probiotics my dog takes were unavailable, I opted to try this one as a replacement- day 1 after giving 2 tablets ( the bottle recommended 3 for my dogs weight ) the next morning he threw up white foam only once- day 2 only 2 tablets, the next morning again - throwing up white foam 5 times ( his stomach is in total upset ) and scratching A LOT.He will not be taking this EVER again ! Thanks for upsetting my gun dog 2 weeks before duck season eeeffffff !

I've only had these for a few weeks, I've seen partial improvement but still get some feces that look like chocolate pudding. At first the dogs wouldn't eat them but I broke them in little pieces to start. I got the bacon flavor and now they readily take them. Still waiting for soft stool to get back to normal.

Well, I hate to say this, but the powder really smells bad. When I mixed thee powder onto the wet cat food-2 things happened. The water from the canned food separated from the solids,looking very strange,and the smell was truly horrible. I placed it in front of my cat...he actually ran away from the plate!I left it there for a couple of hours,and the smell grew stronger-th living/dining room air was awful,and I wound up flushing the concoction down the bog.Thankfully,I can get a refund.

EDIT: customer service reached out and offered a full refund which was promptly processed. Very grateful and would buy from them again 🙏It is more than a little suspicious when a company wont back a product with a guarantee. 😑 my poor cat throws this up immediately after consumption. The exact reason i purchased this was to prevent stomach issues not cause them. I was hopeful based on the reviews that it would help with my girls softer stools, not only did it not help, she starts getting sick from it.At first i thought she ate her wet food too fast this morning and so i didnt give her any wet food this evening, just this mixed well in water beside her dry food. In part to try and determine if it was the wet food or the added enzymes. She consumed this and threw up liquid immediately.And low and behold i have just flushed 30$ down the toilet, absolutely brutal. I will NEVER purchase another pet product from amazon again. At least with local stores they 100% guarantee a refund if its more than 3/4’s full. Since i made this purchase 10 days ago, i can CONFIRM that is the case. Just saying 🤦🏻‍♀️
