Seems to have higher GI than expected
Contrary to expectations, this product increased my post prandial blood sugar much more than rolled oats. Being a diabetic, I check my FBS and PPBS levels regularly. I found this to be the case on multiple occasions, which was an anamoly.Tastewise it is very good and filling too. Since nutritionally steel cut and rolled oats are the same, I will stick to the cheaper rolled variety.

Very good and tasty oats
The taste of the steel cut oats is very good. Cooked for about 25-30 minutes and consumed with milk. Very tasty and likes it so much.
