Works as advertised!
This monitor is great, gets the job done to track my progress. I throw it on for my bike ride and gym sessions, I love it. Battery’s still going strong. Very accurate and very very comfortable. Worked great, quick and easy connection.

Very disappointing
This item is simple and affordable. But it barely does the job, sometimes. It does not track heart rate for a good 15 minutes after exercise is started. Even then it is uneven and variable. There is no point in trying to wear it routinely. It only works when your heart rate is well elevated. To wear it while walking and shopping and folding laundry would result in no reading on the watch. I am sorry that I tried to think it would work. I really wanted to avoid spending hundreds of dollars on a heart rate monitor, but this is very disappointing.

Product works well
So far, I really like the product easy to use and is very accurate on the heart rate and no lag time. At the gym it matches all the cardio equipment heart rate monitors. For the price I will buy another one.

EZON heart rate monitor lost connection?
I gave this heart rat monitor 5/5 and I liked it so much, I bought another, to have as a spare! The chest strap does have to have some moisture on the pads in order to read your heart rate, and other high voltage devices (car ignition, lawn mower) will give false heart rates, keep that in mind.I have used this for about 2 years now, I changed the chest strap battery once or twice (CR2032 cell), and today the watch stopped reading the chest strap unless it was REALLY close (2-3"). I pulled out my spare, and it saw the same chest strap just fine. I thought "oh well, something must be wrong with the watch receiver...". This afternoon I decided to try changing the watch battery (even though everything else seems to work fine) it is a CR2032 also. That was it!Now the "old watch sees the chest strap at full arms length from the strap.I hope this helps you

The EZON Heart Rate Monitor and Chest Strap wasn't new and didn't work.
The EZON Heart Rate monitor came without an instruction sheet and with one nearly dead battery in the belt. Most of the time it failed to provide any reading of my heart rate and when it did it was wrong. For example it showed my heart rate as 40 beats per minute after I was resting and also after 10 minutes walking on my treadmill. The correct rates should have been 70 when resting and 95 after walking, as measured by my looking at a clock and counting. The packaging, the lack of instruction sheet, and an internal reference to a 2022 calendar strongly suggest that this not a new item, but a previously used one. This heart rate monitor is useless to me. I should prefer to exchange it for one that actually works, but if that is not possible my payment should be refunded.SEND ME INFORMATION ON HOW TO RETUYRN THIS USELESS ITEM

Reliability & low price.
I was unsure about this heart monitor for my daily aerobic use after reading some of the negative reviews. I’m glad I didn’t take those reviews as gospel because this sensor & watch combo work great. My Lifecycle is an old reliable partner, powered by only s 9V battery, nothing like today’s electronic marvels. Surprisingly, the chest sensor is able to pick up the heart monitor from the Polar elliptical too and both of heart monitors have the same reading.I would recommend this low cost alternative monitor. The only thing I don’t like is the watch band. It’s to hard to buckle and unbuckle.

Awesome Device!
The media could not be loaded. AWESOME!!!! Just used this thing for the first time and am very impressed. I put it on and opened up Zwift (cycling app) and it immediately recognized the monitor by Bluetooth. The connectivity was stable during the entire workout and the readings certainly felt accurate. I think this is an excellent product and I’d highly recommend to anyone in the market. From opening the box to having your heart rate in a workout is about a minute… I can’t ask for much more. The strap is also quite comfortable. Didn’t actually notice it at all while riding. Well done! 💯 Recommend!

Could Be So Much Better. BARELY 2 Stars - See Why
I just received this for Black Friday and a few things I need to say off that bat. The instructions are HORRIBLE. I'm a reasonably intelligent person and the instructions were incomplete and very difficult to understand. They were more of a "display" than an instruction. #2 - there is no way to get any help if you need it with this watch. Not like the smartwatches you buy where there is an email and even an 800# to get help. There is an email on the package but it's not even functional. #3 - while I was working out, this watch was telling me I was at very low heartrate levels when I knew I was at the top as I could barely breathe. This happened several times. There were at least 6 times throughout the workout where this happened and I was perspiring profusely so it wasn't an issue of contact. 4-forget about changing postions when you're wearing this. As soon as I became prone or even bent over to touch my toes, I got the two dashes and if you stay not upright for any length of time, it goes back to clock mode. This is even with the chest part as tight as it can be fully perspiring. I had it shut down on me at least 3 times during a one hour workout while I was doing push ups & planks. Finally, whoever designed the chest strap needs to be fired and I did see that a few people mentioned this already. It's very true. It goes through a hole and then there's a piece of plastic that sticks out and has nowhere to go. So yes; the display is large and you can get a reasonable estimate of your heart rate by wearing it without all the confusion of a smartwatch, but it leaves a lot to be desired.
