It’s precious! Very well made! Great learning experience!
We’re always looking for fun family things to do with our five-year-old. I looked at this a few times, reading reviews, and looking back at the photos. We have several games;some he can play; Some, only when he’s a bit bigger. But I love learning and educational toys and games. I wasn’t sure about the quality, but since I kept returning to the listing, I figured it’d atleast peeked my interest enough to try.It arrived in amazing time, very neatly packaged. The instructions for the game was legible, and easily understood. I mention this, as.. well, if you shop online.. you already know. The game can be played in a couple of different ways. With “Frank” in the shop, where a price list is shown in the back (being the inside of the lid) for the shape fish you choose to purchase. The provided coins to pay Frank’s prices, can be placed into the coin slot on the far right side. Boxes of color-coordinated fish can be placed on top for display. You can also choose to have the shape-sorter top for the box, with the coordinating shaped holes, to match with the shape of the fish. The included dice can be rolled to help choose which shape fish to choose next. We’ve used both ways to play, and have enjoyed them both. The game design was obviously thought through. The pieces are all very well made, and large enough, not to be much of a concern. Each wooden piece, sanded and finished nicely. Large shapes, easily distinguished, even with sight issues. Each magnet, nicely placed into the fish, embedded, to prevent mishaps. While fun to play, for us and our little one, the thing that stuck with the most, was how much learning a child could have, while playing this game. Numbers, colors, shapes, types of fish, and math. I just find it truly amazing that they managed to incorporate so many learning experiences into an adorable, fun little game.

Great game
We bought this game for occupational and speech therapy. It has a variety of fish and colors. The magnets work well with the pole. The kids love to play with this to improve their fine motor and hand/eye coordination.

Cute game
This is a cute game and fun for any learning toddler. A lot of pieces so they are easy to be lost by a toddler. However this is well made and nice gift

Lots of way to play
What I love:- aside from the boxes, all the components feel sturdy and high quality. Can't imagine anything else would break. The cardboard coin pieces are thick. The wooden pieces are better quality than most of the puzzles we have! They have a really smooth texture and feel excellent. The wooden doll doesn't have any rough spots, either. Even the fishing poles are better quality than the ones I usually see (in other fishing games), slightly larger and sturdier. Even the storage box is excellent quality/thickness.- fun games and multiple ways to play. You can make up your own rules/modify for your individual child, of course. We love the shop the most. It is highly effective for teaching counting.Things to consider:- safety talk: watch the magnets around small children. They are exposed and could potentially come out. Though everything feels high quality, look over your pieces periodically to make sure nothing is loose. Accidents can happen and magnets are dangerous.- it can be a bit difficult to cram everything back into the box because the dividers aren't attached into the box. I might glue them in if I can figure out how to do that while maintaining the perfect spaces around the edges to fit the box shaped sorter on top. Or maybe trim the edges. Not a huge deal, but a minor annoyance. What I don't like:- the 4 boxes suck for small kids. They are almost certainly going to be broken by my clumsy toddler at some point. They are not sturdy. Seems like it was made from cardstock? Not 100% sure.Overall thoughts:We really love this game! High quality components. Multiple ways to play. Perfect for teaching counting, taking turns, improving coordination (getting pieces out of the shape sorter with the fishing pole).Highly recommend! Perfect for small kids, aside from the boxes, which I'm concerned will break and I'll have to come up with an alternative for.

2 year old loves it
Got this for my two year old who loves sorting colors because of Ms Rachel. Pieces are solid and the pictures are cute. He doesn’t understand the game rules, but loves the magnet part and colors.

Very well made educational game!
We will get a lot of use from this fun game. The fishing poles and actual fishing for pieces is great fun for a 4 year old and not hard at all. I love that you can change the game with several different versions. We'll definitely break it out for holidays. Real game play would probably be tough for a 2 or 3 year old but you could make your own game up with just fishing. 4+ and you should be able to try all the different versions. A+ for this game.

my students love this!
my students really love this toy. It is perfect for my classroom, because there are different ways to play. It is perfect for a wide variety of ages to play because it can be played in these ways:1. matching shapes/sorting2. a fishing game, rolling dice and fishing for shape3. dramatic play/mathmy students take turns playing all of the different ways. They enjoy the little cat, pretending it is a fish market and selling the fish. But they also enjoy that we can play it as a game! I love toys with many different uses because it opens up the door to play with it more and more. I would recommend!
