Dr. Mercola Shower Filter Replacement Cartridge (SFR2000)

I was Pleasantly surprised when I first tried this after installing it super easy and my hair is softer my skin is not breaking out it is doing wonders if you live in the states where they love to pollute and poison our water! Then you need this !

It arrived on time and was easy to replace.These filters need to be changed about every 6 months.I hope they stock up on these again!!

I have used a shower filter for years by another major company and I have to say that lately, the quality has been hit or miss. Sometimes I will get a good one that will work well for a good six months and other times, when I don't order directly from the company, the shower water seems questionable. I can tell when the filter works properly because my skin and hair do look better. My hair is less frizzy and my skin looks smoother, wrinkles are softened because the skin isn't as dry. So, I was happy to find that this filter is in fact compatible with the other major brand...it just screws right in, exactly the same. It doesn't necessarily seem better than what I was using before, but at least it's performing just as well. It's priced just about the same as the other one so I am not sure why I would buy one over the other, but I am glad to know there is another option out there and I will check to see which price is lower when I need to order another one (which happens at least every six months if not sooner.)

I purchased an Aquasana filter at the same time as ordering this Mercola one. The two are indistinguishable. The "Mercola" filter is marked with a red asterisk in my photo. The markings and numbers embossed on the casing are identical. Mercola's filter sells for a few dollars more.

These are identical to the Aquasana filters I’ve been using or years. It looked exactly like my filter for the base I already had and I needed a new filter, so I tried this because it looked exactly like the Aquasana. Sure enough it is, for slightly less $ too. So I ordered it. These. Are Easy to install just screw it in, but you need the base that goes onto the shower pipe that comes out of the wall and the screws into -for this filter to install properly . So these are for replacement use only, you need that base it screws into
