The cost of these beans represent good value. Flavour and quality both very good.

This stuff really works. In contrast to some bleedin awful illy I bought on Amazon not so long ago. It's dark, potent and slightly but not unpleasantly bitter. Don't over-extract is my advice on this one - a double espresso shouldn't take any more than 25 seconds to pour - any longer than this and it may become too acrid. The crema is rich and caramel like due to the high oil content in the beans. It's an easy five star espresso but no more than a 4 star cappuccino, which is fine by me as espresso and americano are what I prefer. There are better beans for cappuccino drinkers such as Segafredo's own Massimo which is less potent but has a nice nutty aroma which interacts well with semi-skimmed and fresh soya milk. The icing on the cake however, is the price - £12 for a kilo is a bargain for beans this decent and £5 less than massimo or lavaza equivalent. And less than half the price of fancy artisans. The only negative was delivery time - 10 days - not really good enough, but great product and price

An excellent coffee bean for my Bean to Cup Machine, the beans are not too overpowering but give an intense and aromatic finish that works both as an espresso, latte or americano. A fantastic all purpose bean at a great price.

Average coffee. Very strong smell when brewed, which lingered. The brew itself didn't have half the potency of the odour. Odd.

I have a distinctive choice of coffee beans, they have to provide a strong Italian style espresso, this can be drank as espresso or cappuccino etc.I must have tried dozens of brands etc & price doesn't always guarantee taste & quality. In fact the most expensive ever bought for us as a gift were truly disappointing.These beans provide the quality, strength, aroma & smoothness that all in my house & the visitor's appreciate.As I've bought these several times, tells you how much we enjoy these beans.
