Most needed for every one to get ride of puffy ness . I am so glad I find this it’s a two in one which helps the entire face to make shine in the morning . I always wake up with puffiness and dull skin . I cannot dip myself in cold water all time this is a life saver . It is so handy and good size and makes skin so supple and shine after using it . I even use it before make it makes my makeup last for so long . Gausha is very good quality and very useful for my face massage in very efficiently and also for face lifting can see a great change in 2 weeks .

This ice roller is a nice size roller for face or any other part of the body. The pink quartz stone is good for neck and chin, with small kids I use it like a boo-boo pack. I keep the whole thing in the freezer and no issue with it so far. The only negative, I wish it came with a case or a bag to store them

Not a detailed type of tool. It's very large and takes up a lot of space in my freezer. Not the most comfortable to hold.

Very Pleased with the ice roller. It is easy to use and I can tell a difference in the puffiness under my eyes.

But it was perfect for using on my knees and arms after working out and my muscles are sore. I suffer from tennis elbow and when that flares up, I am hurting bad. Fortunately for me, this ice roller arrived at the perfect time and I rolled it on my arm while watching TV. In a short amount of time I could feel my arm pain starting to diminish. So this ice roller is just what I need for my arms and knees. Not so much for my face.It is very easy to use. Pop the roller off the handle and place the roller in the freezer. I put mine in the freezer for an hour (I forgot it) and when I pulled it out, the roller was not deformed in any way. I put it on the handle and rolled it on myself. As I mentioned earlier, I did not care for it on my face as it was just too big, but it was perfect for my aching arms and legs. The roller itself stayed nice and cold for almost an hour.

A quick You Tube search and I found several great videos taking me step by step through the process. The rose quartz is well polished with no rough surfaces. It glides easily across the skin. The face roller is larger than I expected and is too large for using on most of my face. It does however feel awesome on my neck, arms and legs. The roller can be removed and placed in the freezer for 15 plus minutes prior to use for some cold therapy. The plastic handle is comfortable to hold. After learning more about Gua Sha I have decided to order a different Gua Sha set that has 2 roller heads, 1 end for cheeks and forehead, and the smaller end for around the eyes. I am giving this set to my daughter.
