Q: How long per day do you need to spend working in this journal to complete each page or activity…etc.?

I usually try to set aside 30-45min each day to work through the journal however it usually takes me about 20-30min to do the writing and then I'm able to spend some time reflecting on what I have written or decompress if needed.

Q: Would this be good for an 11 year old?

I’m not so sure… I purchased it for my stepdaughter she is 20… it might be more for an older teen & early 20s, but that’s just my opinion. I hope this helps!
