Very good quality
Very good carbon steel, looks to be wax coated so it should last very long for newbie users.

An authentic Carbon steel knife
Finally a genuine carbon steel knife, that is a pleasure to work with. Yes, the blade will take rust if water is left on it, but that is the beauty of a carbon steel knife. Those SS knives claiming to be high carbon are no comparison.The blade quality is quite good, it retains its edge long enough.If only Tramontina made a 20 cm long knife of the same material it would be such a hit. Even a Santoku of the same material. (Their INOX steel knives are poor though, I have one.)

Pelo valor ela é excelente.
Não é um utensílio de longa durabilidade mas, pelo preço, ela é MTA boa. Não recomendo a secagem natural, ela enferruja mto rápido então, usou, lavou, secou.
