Great kit.. very sturdy and has everything you need for an ingrown nail. These are very good quality for the price. Very impressed.

Manufacturing of the flat file is somewhat low quality, with quite a wide tip on the straight end, pullers are basically the same size with one shorter than the other. Overall got the job done well and for the price it seems hard to beat. Obviously no one would buy this if they’re a doctor but it worked for me.

Good quality and as you would expect

Had an ingrown toenail that had been digging for weeks. Tried poking around with a safety pin to lift it since it is small and sturdy(not smart). Was terrified to turn this into a doctor visit. Cue the last resort: these tools. First there was a bit of discomfort, and a bit of pain because the ingrown nail had really started to burrow it’s way into my toe. Couldn’t seem to get ahold of it though. Decided to use the clippers on the edge of toenail to make more room. That was the trick. It exposed the ingrown part of it, and I was able to lift it out in three tiny pieces. Friggin AMAZING. It was so satisfying to see those little shards coming up, then being able to snip them with the tool. Normal nail clippers never would have accomplished this, way too bulky. I didn’t think it was gonna work at first but TAKE YOUR TIME. Don’t get impatient or you will likely hurt yourself. The scooper tools are very dull and safe though. Also I soaked my foot for 15 minutes, and I’m pretty sure that helped everything. Took about ten minutes to really get after it, the clippers are what got me there. And a quick file at the end for good measure. 15 minutes later as I’m writing this review I already feel a release of pressure. These tools work.EDIT: the next day or two there was still some residual soreness, I wondered if I got it all, I did!!! And the pain quickly subsided and back to normal! So if you still feel some soreness the next day I would say that is normal.

I tried to use them for my toenails and they are too big, waist of money.

These aren’t flimsy like most pedicure items ordered online. Nipper was amazing and sharp enough to nip what you need to..

I have had issues with ingrown toenails my entire life. I am pretty good at getting the nail out with my nail clippers but recently i unfortunately didn’t get all the nail out. The clippers are too wide to get in there to get the rest of the nail. I ordered these on a whim to check them out. I have to say they are fantastic. They slide in under the toenail and hooked on the back side and pulled it out in just a few tries. Painless. I wish I had found these sooner. The nail was quite far in the side of my toe and had grown and bunched up in the corner. These tools easily hooked on and brought it out. The nail didn’t have a chance. I am so happy I bought them.

The nail file is not great but is good for the price. If you don't need to use it often then it will do you just fine.

So I’ve actually struggled with ingrown toenails (particularly my right big toe) for a number of years. I’ve had a podiatrist clip the problem edge for me but it cost me like $300 and the problem came back, since I went for the non-permanent solution. The ingrown toenail issue is on and off for periods of time and it recently came back so I decided to pick one of these bad boys up and deal with it myself. I found the problem after a little bit of digging - there was sliver of toenail digging into my skin and man did it hurt. I wouldn’t have been able to find it if it weren’t for this little tool. I highly recommend it! My toe feels relieved now!
