Disappointing Purchase
This was a birthday gift for my son for his 3rd birthday and we purchased this one over a wooden one as it had 3 tiers and connected 2 garages together. When it arrived it looked ok, but on opening the gift and assembling it its clear that the quality of this product is dismal. It constantly falls apart as it isn't sturdy and the fact that you have to cut out cardboard on the box to put some of the items together is simply cheap and disappointing. I give this product a month to last as some of the bits have already broken off and cannot be fixed. Given the fact that I paid almost 350 for this and this was the discounted price I feel like I should have just taken the money and flushed it down the toilet. My son is back to playing with his smaller wooden one as its more study and doesn't break apart every time he drives is cars on it. WASTE OF MONEY

VERY POOR PRODUCT
Ordered on Dec 19th (as a Christmas present) with 'expedited delivery' only to discover a few days later when the dispatch notification was sent to me by sms that the product was being shipped from Italy (for a UK deliver address). Needless to say it didn't arrive in time for Christmas.When finally delivered on 30th January I was really very disappointed with the product. Lots and lots of pieces - including having to cut up parts of the box it is packaged in to then attach to the garage as part of the finished toy (!!).Plastic mouldings are poor quality and do not lock in properly and the bridge that connects the 2 towers os so flimsy it breaks every time my 3 year old twins try and move a car across it.The assembly instructions are appalling - I gave up and used the picture on the box to figure out what goes where.I will be returning this product and would not recommended this toy to anyone. If it had cost me £10 (not £40+) then I may have considered it reasonable value for money.I should point out I have 4 children aged 11 - 3 years and this is one of the most disappointing toys I can remember purchasing in a long time...

Not great quality
Not a great quality product at all. Very disappointed. Instructions almost impossible to understand it was easier to use the main picture and just guess. Pieces don’t even fit into the correct places. The bridge between the two sections is 2 cm too short so keeps breaking. For the price I would have expected so much more. Would love a replacement but I’m sure it would be the same again

Don't even consider
Do not even consider buying this item - for the price it looks amazing however there are many things wrong with this product.- Items included do not fit together- Instructions are the worst I've ever seen- The lift does not fit the aperture within the garage i.e does not work at all- Falls apart whenever my son attempts to play with itAll in all my experience of this item is a complete disaster, my recommendation is you stay well away!!

OK but would not have been happy if i had paided what it was suppose to cost.
Looks real good my son loves it. But just not with the build quality. Instructions was not good at all and the sticker decals was not very good to peel threw a few away as they ripped whilst removing them.

Looks good although not out of package yet because it’s a lift. Only disappointment was the £13+ delivery charge which is a bit excessive

Do not order this item, it can not be build correctly, it's not connecting 1 garage with another one, still can be used but for a bit more money you can get something better, disappointed

Flimsy, not working
Very disappointed, flimsy plastic, the lifts don't work and stickers wrongly numbered. The joining plastic road keeps falling off.For amount of money I was expecting a stronger piece after looking and comparing lots of others regret purchasing this one
