Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  After much research I decided on purchasing this diffuser mainly because it doesn't look like a diffuser but a lovely ornament. There are others available with more water capacity and for a few more pounds some come with wifi and apps (although the apps have variable user reviews)I use a lot of essential oil mixes and was concerned about cleaning this device. It comes apart in 4 pieces. The outside steel cage has the power connector attached. The water reservoir magnetically connects into this A helpful red tab shows maximum water level. The 'candle' attaches to this sealing the unit. Over this you place the glass cover. It comes apart easily so you can clean and reduce cross contamination of your oils.The flickering candle option is pretty but if it annoys you pop it on static mode. You can also change the light brightness.Mist mode has two settings. I am yet to have it run for its full length but both settings work equally fine.The packaging and instruction manual supplied are both really good. Comes with 1 year manufacturers warranty.Only points to note: don't lose the remote, the unit has an on/off button but this doesn't change the settings and although deemed as quiet i personally find the gentle humming annoying for night time use so if using for night having it on an hour before bed is plenty of time for the oils to diffuse.

I really love this it’s whisper quiet and really has a great relaxing effect and distributes the essential oil into the air really well. The handy remote gives you all the control you need to set that idea environment.My only issue is the original order was that the glass inner arrived broken. The seller was good and ordered another one but this too came even more broken and in the process I cut my hand/fingers. They said they would send another glass inner out but to date this has not arrived. I think it’s the delivery company chucking the glass package around but it’s disappointing as cannot take full advantage of all the diffusers settings as the glass is frosted and would diffuse the light and give the flickering candle effect!As already said I do love this lamp diffusers but a little disappointed at the after sales and delivery service otherwise it would have got 5 stars.

I have only had the product 6 days therefore can't comment on the buttery life of the remote control or durability.Initially, the product only gave steam for the first few minutes then stopped steaming. I turned it off and on a few times, and it would only steam for the first few seconds then stop. So I had to turn it off, empty it, and clean the bottom of the diffuser at the sensor are and then top it back up and retry it on 3 occasions. It has worked well since and looks lovely. I have read reviews it may only last for a few months then break, hopefully this is not the case, but if it is, I will certainly return it for a replacement.

Beautiful addition to my home...elegant look...great price...easy to use.Very effective diffusion of essential oils...top quality ....gives my home Spa fragrance.Highly recommend

I love this diffuser, but extremely disappointed in the remote control. It's pretty and easy to use. The capacity is not the biggest but just about right for a couple of hours use. I've had it for a couple of months now and have found I have given up using it and considering buying a different diffuser. The reason is the unit can only be controlled via the remote control. Thats okay I can live with that, however the remote drains batteries even when it's not been in use. I'm finding the batteries need replacing so frequently it really has put me off using it as having to keep buying & changing batteries. So much so I'm now looking to buy another make.Shame as besides that issue it's a lovely little diffuser.

This looks amazing, I love love love it. It looks well made but only time will tell how long it’s going to last. My previous diffuser was slightly changing the smell of my oils so I got rif of it.So far I only tried this one with Olbas oil as I’ve got a cold but I cannot wait to test with other oils. Love the remote , it’s my new night light stand .

I just love this. I wanted a difffuser which was aesthetically pleasing as well as effective. Has a gentle soothing hum in the background. Feels well made. You can adjust the lighting. Great to have the remote.
