Didn't work when it arrived - needed a new battery
The watch arrived and it didn't work. I don't know if it just doesn't work, or if it will require me to purchase a new battery.** Update ... I had a new battery installed today and it is now working. Perhaps the watch had been sitting in an Amazon warehouse for a few years and the battery went dead while waiting for a purchase.

Poor quality product.
Watch wasn't working upon opening due to a dead battery.Replaced battery but day 3 the loop on the strap broke.To say it's poor quality is an understatement!
