Fit well and easy to attach. I love the extra support for the top handle and love the included hand strap. However the cold show on the cage, anything I want to put in (DJI Mic 2 RX) is too loose and falls out. You would need something that closes down on the cold shoe to hold itself. Also, with the height of the HDMI Clamp adjuster it blocks anything too big in the cold shoe.

I can’t say enough about this company. This cage’s fit and finish is flawless. All the components I own fit perfectly on the cage including other manufacturers. Excellent price for what you get.

I wish the mount on the top left corner of the camera was not 45 degrees angled, but otherwise great.

SmallRig makes camera cages for pretty much any camera you can imagine.This time, it's for the Sony FX30 and FX3. Both cameras have the same external physical appearance, which is why the same cage can be used for both camera models.One thing I like is the wrist strap as it comes super handy (no pun intended) if you primarily shoot handheld. In addition to that, you also get the XLR handle extension rig so you can place other accessories. Personally, I'd place a field monitor on top.I highly recommend this for any filmmaker or videographer that works with handheld rigs primarily.
