I have two different puzzle boards and this one is far superior. It's sturdy and easy to move. A convenient size for 1,000 piece puzzles. Definitely recommend.

This is the perfect puzzle mat for completing puzzles up to 1500 pieces. We vacation for 2 weeks in a cabin by Lake George and complete puzzles outside on a picnic table. The uneven top of the table made it difficult to put puzzles together using the old felt mat that can roll up. This was perfect and I highly recommend!

I mainly wanted a board to fit a good size puzzle and be able to move from room to room. The board is sturdy enough to move it about easily. But it’s not so sturdy that I’m comfortable moving it with a full puzzle box on top.I have a 2000 piece puzzle on it now - fits nicely. The fabric side keeps the pieces in place. Overall it does what I want it to do. I was just disappointed that it wasn’t even more sturdy.

The mat on the soft side is a little too soft and it’s hard to snap puzzle pieces together. The fabric also bunches up and it gets air pockets the more you use it. But if you flip it over to the back side it’s much more rigid and works way better.

I wanted a puzzle board to move from room to room. I wanted the largest because some puzzles are 26 inches. The board is excellent quality. Although, I wish it had a case for storage. The biggest problem is that it is so big it doesn't fit through doorways without tilting it and messing up the puzzle. I bought a thick poster board at the .99 store to take from room to room with ease. So this was a pricy purchase.

Pros: shipped fast, arrived in fairly good shape. Overall sturdy and well put together.Cons: It is bowed and trying to bend it square and level stressed the board did not work, the puzzle area is too soft and cushiony and the pieces buckle and don't stay together well. This was my first puzzle board. I'm chucking it and will buy a rigid board (real board) rather than this Puzzle Pad.Overall. It is what it says it is and is not of cheap quality. But it is curled and bowed and not the most stable platform for a puzzle.

This puzzle mat is very well made and large enough for big puzzles. The felt pad is nice in keeping the pieces from sliding around and the sturdiness is well made. I like it because I can move a puzzle off my dining room table if I need my table for other purposes. Im very happy with this mat and it s size.

I think this mat is a bit pricey but I like it. It is quite large and very study... I am happy with the purchase

Absolutely love this jigsaw mat! There were so many to choose from online, but I felt some were quite over-engineered and overly complex - or maybe some worked well, but were just not pretty to look at. I needed something functional that worked well, but also something my mother would actually allow sitting out on the floor (aka it had to look good and fit in with her interior design LOL) - but this mat absolutely did the trick! It works brilliantly for the jigsaw and is the perfect size - and the jigsaw holds extremely well when you move it around the house, and doesn’t fall off or anything. In fact, you don’t even need to be careful or gently - its extremely sturdy and the jigsaw sticks in place! It’s also a great size for the size of jigsaws we usually do. AND its made of a very high quality texture/design that means it looks great on the living room floor even when not in use! Extremely happy with this very high quality jigsaw mat and will continue to recommend to friends!

Just received this and working on a 1000 pcs puzzle. I don't have enough room or a spare table to keep a puzzle on the go. For me it's the convenience of being able to put it away and pull it out easily every time I want to work on it. It's very light and sturdy enough. The felt does make it tricky for pieces to stay in place at times but not a deal breaker for me. I recommend it if you have a small space and can't keep your puzzle in one place at all times. I can work on it on the table and I can also put it on the kitchen counter. To me it's priceless to be able to enjoy doing puzzles again.

The seniors love their puzzles and now if table is needed they can lift up whole board up without disturbing the puzzle

Mat is sturdy enough to carry an unfinished puzzle flat from dining room table to coffee table downstairs depending on where I want to work. I'm glad I got the 1500 size to allow room around the edges for 1000 piece puzzles, although it is a bit difficult to get through doorways. There is no puckering of fabric but it did arrive with some indentations. I can see why others have mentioned not to press too hard or lean on it. The puzzle does not sit totally flat on the soft surface and moves around a bit - a hard board would be better but they are too expensive. I am keeping the large cardboard box in which it was shipped in case the mat needs more support underneath at some point; a piece could also be cut to act as a cover/protection for storage under the couch.
