It works!!!
I'm so grateful for this product! Like other people that have commented, I had lost a of my hearing on my right ear. Could feel pressure and fluid inside. Nasal spray didn't help. Pinch nose and blow didn't help (not appropriate in my case anyway). I tried the balloon produce (ottovent) both by blowing the balloon and the reverse and they didn't make a difference. This product is similar in operation to letting the balloon deflate into your nose, but the difference is that it can handle the back pressure (unlike the balloon). So don't expect a fast stream of air (you probably wouldn't want that anyway), but it's more a case of being able to deliver it even when you're trying exhaling during the swallow maneuvre.I saw immediate improvement after the first 4-5 times I used it (during a 20min period). The next morning I could hear much better but could still feel a bit of pressure in my ear. I tried it again this evening, again 4-5 times, and now my ear feels completely normal. Huge relief after weeks of not being able to hear properly!Yes, it's a bit pricey for what it does, but it's a small price to pay to get one of your senses back!

hidden dangers
Warning- DANGEROUS PRODUCT.Thus product is well packaged and works as advertised. HOWEVER what they don't tell you is how dangerous subjecting your ears to this kind of pressure can be. If you have no ear problems it won't hurt you, but that means you don't need it anyway. If however you have eustachian tube dysfunction or blockage caused by sinus problems or allergies, you are simply building up a huge amount of pressure in your middle ear and giving yourself barotrauma. After using this product for 4 days. I have a huge attack of tinnitus and dizziness and triggered muscle spasms in my ears as they tried to cope with the sudden pressure changes. The spasms have not stopped and ENT said I may of done permanent damage.Yes this product can pop your ears. But it also carries the undeniable risk of seriously harming your ears. You have been warned.

Absolutely Useless
This device is a disgrace IMO. did not work for me at all and I cannot believe I spent all that money on something that blows such a weak stream of air. This did nothing for my negative middle ear pressure or did alleviate any of my symptoms at all.I don't know if my device is faulty or something because the stream of air is incredibly weak. Does absolutely nothing.Try for yourself but be warned if it does not work for you, you CANNOT return it.

Powerful device
I was really on the fence as to whether I wanted to fork out for this device. After suffering from Etd for nearly 4 weeks I finally caved out of desperation and purchased it. I do need to mention before using this I do feel like my ear had started to clear, however I still decided to use it out of curiosity and my god it’s powerful. After using the otovent balloon and not getting anywhere with popping my ears this device really does sent a powerful amount of air into your ear helping pop them. It’s tricky to get the hang of (I’m still practicing) but taking a gulp of water does help! Although it’s an expensive device I know it will come handy for flying in the future and also if I ever suffering from Etd again! It’s quite sturdy and well made does not appear to be made cheaply.

WOW!!! Worked in seconds ....
I've been suffering with congestioon and hearing loss in my right ear since getting a chest/throat infection over a month ago. My ear was hardly functoining with some discomfort and felt blocked and nothing could fix it, not even steam inhalation. So this morning it arrived and I unboxed it straight away. I have to admit that I was a little bit sceptical. I put the batteries in and took a sip of water, put it to my nostril as per the instructions and with the other nostril and my mouth closed, I hit the button. I then swallowned and ...... BANG!I could hear again :) So after a minute or so, my eustachian tube must have closed so I went through the same process again and once again it opened but this time for longer. So I found at first that the esustachian tube wiould keep closing but the more I am using the Eustachi, the longer the effect seems to be. This is only day one but the effect has been amazing and I am going to continue using it in the hope that the eustachian tube will stay clear.I would recommend this and because of the relief it has given me, I regard it as worth it's weight in gold. One point I will make and that's I know some people say in feedback that this doesn't work but my understanding is that it will ONLY help in the situation where your ear problem is due to a blocked eustachian tube. It won't remove wax, it won't deal with other hearing loss but OMG it does what it says on the box.

Takes practice to get it working. Very expensive blower !
Waited a while to get one of these. They have doubled in price. There’s a knack to it which is hard to do. Expensive bit of kit which basically just blows air up your nose.

It works!
I have been having blocked ears for 4 weeks due to an upper respitory congestion. My ears were further blocked by a cold which I had a few days ago and they were feeling very uncomfortable and bringing me down as they were just not popping. I tried steaming, nasel spray and they balloon technique but none worked. As a last resort I tried the eutachi device. On the first go it didn't seem to do anything for my ears and I was pretty disappointed. I tried a few more go's and I didn't feel any immediate popping or relief. Though the next day I noticed that my ears did feel a bit better. I used it a few more times for a couple more days and my ears were significantly better then what they were before. I probably need to use it a few more times but this device definitely works even if you don't hear popping immediately. Worth the money to put you out of your misery!
