Clear, practical, effective lessons for a successful at home yoga practice
The information presented in the Yoga Sidekick Journal is accurate and helpful. The lessons are clear and concise, and the daily sequences include pictures of poses for greater understanding. There are additional resources mentioned throughout. I love this journal - I have a daily yoga practice that was getting stale and boring. This journal revived my practice and taught me new poses.

Great product, easy to follow
I love this journal! Great concept for those of us that need "step by step" instructions and "baby steps" to create new good habits! I was already reading "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and Habit Nest uses his concepts in their journals. The idea that even small changes and not trying to be perfect but doing something every day is just what unmotivated individuals need to "hear." I am seeing small improvements in my overall mental wellbeing and find it easy to follow the journals at my own pace.Thank you, Habit Nest!! I plan to get more of your great journals!

Love it!
This journal is unlike any other! This is really helping me to create a consistent Yoga practice. I am a major procrastinator and despite wanting to have a consistent practice I struggled with doing it daily. But this journal with the helpful photos of poses and the pro tips each day are something so look forward to. I am taking a Yoga teacher training later this year and I am finding this to be a wonderful way to get my practice going and essentially prepare myself for the training. The price is great and so worth the money. I am excited everyday to wake up and see what poses I will be trying. I also love that I can modify my practice based on how much time I have that day. Love it and highly recommend it for anyone looking to build consistency in their practice.

Has Features I love
I’m only on Day 4 and I already missed a day! But the journal reassures me (more than once) that I’m just a normal, imperfect person not a failure. So the reading part is encouraging and helpful.I’m using the pictures in the journal itself and the online version using the QR code. That version shows the same drawings with a lot more instructions.Best part is that each day is standalone. I never have to flip back and forth to find a pose I did 2 days ago. It just repeats as necessary which really helps keep you in the moment.It’s hard, but feels doable. So that is just what I needed.

Easy to use!
I’m just getting into Yoga for healing and strength, and this journal is just the right option for me! Easy to follow diagrams and QR code for each day to get on my phone makes it possible to stay on track with uplifting encouragement and tips as well. Love this journal!

Perfect daily book!
When i do yoga i don’t really want to watch a yoga video because i like the silence so i love all the different flows on a book. The increase in intensity gradually and are really fun! would definitely recommend!

High Quality Product
The physical product is excellent quality - good paper weight, a bookmark, and pen loop. The illustrations are inclusive, clear and easy to follow and I love the color scheme. I've dabbled in yoga off and on for years but this is absolutely my favorite yoga workout and method that I have tried.

Smaller lighter print hard to read
I like the yoga nest book. Very helpful hard to read the lighter small print under poses.
