We had to chizle out the wood plug from the wood to be able To use the plug I thought you drill down and it pulls the plug out with it to then be able toUse and didn’t stir fluctuations down had to saw off half of it I gave 4* purely for price and that we still was able to use it dispite it being more work than we thought it would be

These worked great for what I needed them for, which was extracting nails for wood boards before putting them through the thicknesser, as plug cutters they're not great, the are useful for 100 different things but not great for the intended job, that's why I have knocked a star off.

Despite the fact that there wasn't any sort of packaging which somehow retains the bits (a simple corrugated carton box with a plastic bag in it) I'm totally satisfied with the product itself.

Haven't had opportunity to use as yet but product looks fine and I believe will be useful addition. Delivery was made ahead of schedule.

I have only used the 10mm up until now. It got quite hot due to friction and the force needed to cut the plug. Overall satisfactory.

As seller described all’s ok.. Although the bits are ok I was a little disappointed because there was no box but there’s one showing on the vendors photo on Amazon which the vendor might address..The tools themselves are fine and there’s no complaint..

Tools arrived ok, look like will do the job just fine. No case but assume this to keen cost down.
