Cold weather test
Tested this out in uk weather in mid January, Under a tarp, with a sea to summit sleeping bag liner. Temperature dropped to -2 degrees, I had a tog 4 sleeping mat.and i was toasty, honestly if you going to use this in winter, use a liner, and have a decent winter sleeping mat to get the benefits.i love this, well worth the money.

Not really impressed
After reading the reviews i was expecting a nice warm sleeping bag. It arrived in a clear plastic bag. No tags or care for instructions from manufacture. I don't know how some of the reviews say that they have used it in temperatures down to 0 Deg C. It is a nice size sleeping bag and is fairly compact when packed away. However even with 800FP down its very thin and didn't fluff up. I cant see how you could use it in low temperatures without wrapping up warm and using a thermal liner. Sorry not for me. Paid a little more for another brand which is much better quality.

Awesome unique design great comfort and ergonomics
Edit: just tagging a note to this review because I think the weight is still listed incorrectly for this version, the one I really like. I have an accurate scale that reads 2 lb 7 oz with the stuff bag, everything. It's quite light for what it is, and the size. I think it showed an incorrect weight that included shipping package or something...First, this review is for the rectangular shaped and uniquely designed version. The quality and the down are very good as other reviewers have discussed. But this model is so useful and comfortable... I don't think I'll ever use my other sleeping bags again. There is an independent zipper at the feet, and a really nice hood thing that cinches up as much as you want. So you can make it kind of like a mummy. But what I really love are the zippered hand holes. Not sure how I ever lived without them. You can leave your feet unzipped, put your arms out these and read on your phone or whatever lying on your back or even in a reclining position. Then zip up, do the last minute things, then pull the hands in last and zip those up which is very easy. So you don't have to fight in and out of your bag to do any of that kind of stuff once you are in it. Wake up goes in reverse. I'm considering making my coffee from inside the bag when winter is here. And if you are a side sleeper it is perfect, once you're done with all that you just burrow in and sleep however you want. The shape of the hood allows you to get advantage out of it when you are on your side.I had no trouble getting it back into the compression sack, it's very compact and light for the amount of down and functionality going on here. Not for Arctic temperatures by itself, and I don't camp in extreme cold - but I'll carry my thermolite mummy liner just in case that I know will cover dips below freezing, in combination.

Comfortable and cozy feeling
Very comfortable.. only hic, not able to compress as small as shown on the picture. Wouldn’t use it in very cold temperatures, quite thin.

Great lightweight sleeping bag
I used this sleeping bag on a recent overnighter backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail. It was hardly noticeable on my back and kept me plenty comfortable throughout the night. My only grievance was the material does get a little hot in the summertime.
