I have tried so many medicated products over the last 3 years to help me get rid of flakes and scalp dryness. I am being bluntly honest, I was extremely skeptical to order this product because it isn't cheap and it's very new, and did not have many verified reviews. But I hope my review helps someone in need. Just two applications and I now have a dryness-free, flakes-free, and dandruff-free scalp. It does not even itch anymore so I know it's not coming back anytime soon! I have already recommended this product to my friends and family. The salicylic acid which is the key ingredient in this helps with anti-dandruff, so don't think twice and TRY IT!! I love the brand and have previously used their Genesis range of shampoo and conditioner. I hope KERASTASE keeps coming up with these wonderful products! And yes, I LOVE the smell too, it's as light as water and does not even look like I've applied something on my scalp after showering.

It’s just ok. The scent is nice, but a bit strong.

This haircare line has nice sleek packaging, the shampoo and converter both lightweight and easy to use on my hair and scalp. The shampoo did leave my hair feeling clean, the conditioner helped to rehydrate my strands. There is also a treatment that comes in a dropper which makes it extremely easy to use and treat any problematic areas you have. This is a high quality brand, that is a bit pricier, but was definitely worth it!

I used it every night for a straight week and then every other night going forward and noticed actual results. Eventually I was able to go several weeks without use before signs of my dandruff was back in the same spots. Highly recommend as it’s the only product I have found to tame the flakes. Definitely going to continue ordering.

My daughter has dandruff prone hair. We used this every night for a week and did notice that she had much less dandruff than before. It has a slightly strong scent, but didn’t cause her and sensitivity issues. Works well!

This hair serum comes sealed with an expiration date. It’s housed in a gorgeous, heavyweight glass bottle that uses a dropper to dispense the product. There is a line on the dropper that shows exactly how far to fill it up and you use four doses of those at one time across affected areas. The scent is very pleasant, it reminds me a clean, masculine cologne. People with scent sensitivities might find the smell too strong.One of the ingredients in the serum is sodium lauryl sulfate, and while that can be damaging for hair in shampoos, in a product like this, it’s used to help better absorb the active ingredient, which in this case is salicylic acid.I love that there is squalane in this, not only is it an excellent moisturizer, it’s great for all skin types.My boyfriend has been using this for about a week and has noticed some definite improvement in his dandruff. While it’s not completely gone, I am confident that with continued use it won’t be long before the flakes have completely disappeared.I highly recommend this serum. While it seems pricey, this is a luxury, high-end, trusted brand so I feel like the price is worth the quality.

My husband had very flaky scalp and I could always see the “dust” on his shirt shoulders. I got this in hopes of helping him and yes it did work! I wasn’t sure how effective it would be since there weren’t many testimonials on this out there yet but gave it a chance because I like most products by this brand.
