I love the touchscreen and Bluetooth so I can cast easily to my tv, also the fact that I can have different tabs or windows open in the same screen at the same time withouth having to hide any well at least four apps or windows in one single screen, I love windows 11, amazing graphics and with the Bluetooth no more wiring needed so you can plug your speakers, perfect weight, great speed, good quality, and very functional and it's Versatility is just nice.

The computer is very good, the screen size is just right, the keyboard typing is very comfortable, the appearance is exquisitely crafted, and it is also very user-friendly, making it very suitable for office design. The computer runs very smoothly, has a high cost performance ratio, strong battery life, has a good texture, and runs at a satisfactory speed. It is a very cool laptop with a high cost performance ratio.​

I puchased this laptop about two weeks ago and there is a lot I love about it. Easy set up, touchscreen, graphics etc. I read other reviews that said the battery life was good or great. Maybe I'm fussy but I have to leave my laptop plugged in when I'm using it because the batter lasts about 2-2.5 hours if unplugged. It advertises about 6 hrs of battery life. I'm nowhere near that. But other than that I'm happy

Love this computer! Easy to setup and get started!

This computer works fine until I had it for 3 months. Now, sometimes it allows me to type, sometimes it doesn't. I have had to totally shut down and reboot (of course this happens right outside of my return window). I had a video doctor appointment that is when I learned that my video did not work.

I am new to Windows 11 and trying to learn how to use some things with the laptop, but so far I am happy with the computer. I have not used the touchscreen much - not used to having it, but it does work - still haven't figured out how to cut and paste - no left or right click bar on the bottom of the little touchpad at the bottom of the keyboard, haven't figured out how to minimize pages I want to get back to, but, hopefully, I can find someone to direct me on how to do this, as sometimes the MY HP info has not helped me in simple terms - sure the info is there somewhere, but not computer-savvy. It is a lot faster as compared to my old laptop, and I am sure I will figure it out (with a little help from my friends) in due time.

i went to best buy looked at what they had limited selection and they did not have there sale idem in stock... Amazon had a better slection and next day delivery. wifes 2009 pc crashed we ordered online, received monday fast shipping, we did need to contact HP support for assistance in the start up. they need the product # which was on the box, walked us threw it , they also regestered it from our date of purchase for the warranty. were very pleased with the touch screen and light weight and speed,its a great valve for the money. Were very pleased

The laptop itself functions well. The only problem is the screen resolution is not great. The screen quality looks cheap. It's actually frustrating to look at.
