CHICIRISPot Base Replacement for Thermomix TM5, Main Pot Base Thermomix Accessory for Blender Food Processor

My wife and I are avid Thermomix users and our TM6 gets a lot of use throughout the week. So I was very curious when I found this replace Pot Base which is used to hold the cutting blade in place. This is a critical piece as the blades can spinn incredably fast providing a powerful chopping/cutting of the contects in the pot. As the picutures show, this replacement piece looks very, very close to the original. I couldn't even find any differences except for the colour which is a bit lighter on this replacement part. I put it on the pot and I must say that it fit very well and was in my opinion as tight as the original pot base that came with the Thermomix. But I will have to leave it at that. I did not try it with the Thermomix because I was not willing to test this replacement part on a machine that cost me several thousands of dollars and risk the warranty or liability. Thermomix makes this very clear only to use original and certified replacement parts. If you choose to ignore this warning, then I think this pot base could work very well. I will never know...

This Pot Base Replacement for Thermomix TM5 TM6 by CHICIRIS is well built and fits TM5 and TM6 Thermomix appliances. It installed very easily on my TM5 and the only difference is the plastic used for the remplacement part is slightly paler compared to the OEM plastic, hence the 4 stars. This part is quite cheap compare to the original.
