Not too Bad
This little polisher/grinder seems to be well made with decent quality material. It runs smooth without vibration. It is mostly assembled. You only need to attach the shields and tool rests. I haven't used it much so I can't say anything about durability. The flex wand for Dremel tools also seems to be good quality with a small box of grinding and polishing pieces. When I compared the ratings with a similar product at Harbor Freight this seem to be the best of the two. This company has a good reputation for their inexpensive products and tools. Having said I've used the grinder and found it has very little torque and will slow when you apply pressure to the wheel. As long as you don't really need to either buff or grind it's fine.

Missing parts
I have missing nuts and screw for the dremal. So the dremal won't work. I had high hope for this.

Love the flex shaft!
So far, I love it! I have already used the flex shaft a lot, and am very happy with it. For those reviews that say it is small, yes it is. There is a picture that shows the exact measurements, so I don't understand the surprise that it wasn't full sized. The flex shaft has less vibration than the one I had previously.

Wonderful for rocks!
I got this grinder polisher to polish up some agates. I color rocks as a hobby but not enough to spend thousands of dollars on large equipment. This grinder is so petite but works perfectly for growing parts of my agates! The small compact size makes it easy to transport to different locations and makes for easy storage!! I have yet to use the hand drill portion of it because the wheel has done exactly what I was hoping for!
