First time making pierogi and I must say, this really helped. I put a little flower across the crimping area to keep it from sticking. These are good quality and should last a long time as long as you’re not rough with them. I think these are a great value for the price and would recommend to anyone who makes pierogi or dumplings. Finally, these are super easy to clean up.. nothing stuck to them, so it’s a matter of a little soap and water to clean.

They work really well! I love the different sizes, the only thing that would have been nice is a storage container that they fit nicely into (trying to get them back into the box is impossible) or at least being able to nest them together, overall I'm still happy with the purchase and the little recipe book thats included has a very good pastry recipe.

Perfect shape and size to make Samosa (سمبوسه)

This thin cuts soo much work and time out of making more than just empanadas but also little pies. I love it! And its great that I have the option of different sizes although I kind of have a favorite lol

For someone who does hundreds of empanadas for catering and work as well as other events this is probably one of the better ones I've ever used seals really tightly I think it's because it has like the shark jaw approach is not flimsy you can put a lot of pressure on it without it breaking but definitely use some water or egg wash to seal the inside before crimping.Use many other ones before that were even more expensive that did not come with a mold and would snap in my hands from the pressure definitely buying more.It's great to try to make everything by hand but when you're doing hundreds of then this is a lifesaver!

Love these! They are helping us make more dumplings and empanadas because we can do it faster! They are easy to use too!

Nice set BUT I got the wrong size cutters for 2 of the molds: one cutter is enormous and doesn’t fit any mold, and I need a 3” cutter and 4 1/2” cutter for these other molds, so I bought a separate set. 😕
