I’ve been on crutches too many times in my young adulthood due to sports injuries. Not those injuries are revisiting me in my older age. Free hospital crutches are killer on your arm pits. I know I will need crutches in a pinch for my bad knee so I got these to be proactive.$100 for crutches? That’s sounds insane, but reading the features I decided to try them out. I love the springs in the crutches. It makes me feel like I’m mountain biking again. They are still expensive but I don’t mind the extra cost for the comfort they provide.I love how they easily break down for long time storage or travel. I keep them together in my closet for emergency use. But I like that I can break them down and put them in my suitcase if I want to take them on a trip.I also don’t like the boring tan of hospital crutches. I loved all the different patterns you can order these in to fit your personality and be the unique person we all are.

The product seem nice, and I would give the product a 4.2 review. My 2 star rating is regarding their poor customer service, because regardless of what the card says, they did not help me resolve my issue. I watched their video and made the appropriate adjustments as directed. However, because I'm short, but my arms are long, I could not get a fit that was going to work with the available adjustments. There are only three height adjustment holes in the upper portion when 4 or 5 would be more useful. I simple could not get the adjustments to work for both my height and arm length. I want these to work so I decided to contact them. First I tried call the phone number included with the product. The phone directed me to email them. I also tried to contact Customer Service, via the Chat box which popped up on their website, but that also referred me email. Ok, I get that, it is expedient for their staffing to do it this way. So I emailed them. All I got was the run-around. The owner, Lauren, referred me to Dyan saying she would help me. Dyan's email she didn't have the information "handy" and had to refer me to another team member. And that was the end of that, no further assistance was received. I do not consider this to be acceptable customer service. My options at this point are to return them, or to get out a drill and make modifications of my own. I have not yet made up my mind which I will do.

I received the this crutches at August 4. 2023.This crutches is very comfortable. I like it.I would recommend this company if anyone needs.Thank you very much.

Sooo much better than normal crutches. If you will be using crutches for more than the typical 6 weeks, these are definitely worth every penny. I switched from regular crutches to these 2 days ago and my wrist and elbow pain is completely gone.
