I'm 64 and have waist length hair. It was starting to thin and I was seeing way too much hair falling all over the house and in my brush morning and night. I read about all the big name hair vitamins and chose this based on cost and reviews. The only real "downside" I read was it takes 3 months to notice a difference. I'd say it takes 2 months to notice not as much hair loss. At 3 months this week I am very happy to notice my ponytail is thicker at the base so quite a bit of hair has started growing back in. I have tons of 1" whispies along my hair line. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

This product was recommended by a friend who really raved about the results she had gotten. That she had taken them for only a little over a month I was a bit doubtful that a product could actually work that fast, but decided to give them a try. I was amazed!There was NO taste at all. Noticed much less hair loss after shampooing, and much less in my brush after just a couple of weeks! It really is a remarkable product and I’m on my 3rd bottle. The pills are light, airy and easy to swallow Great price also…I love this product!I have no plans to stop taking them and would recommend to anyone! That they are made by a very reputable company is another plus!

Haven't noticed any improvement in the thickness of my hair, but my nails have never been so strong. Nice to have nails that don't bend and split.

This is the same Lustriva as Mary Ruth's, the one people are paying almost 100 dollars for because of this special ingredient, when you can take a multivitamin + this and get the same effect. The name of Lustriva isn't on the bottle, probably due to Nature Bounty just using a patent made by someone else, but it is literally Lustriva under a different name, same dosage, and same exact ingredients. I've been using this for a month, so I still have a long way to go, but I have been seeing results with my hair, as this was the main reason why I bought it. I'll probably update this review after a few months to give a full breakdown, but so far I'm genuinely impressed. It works!

I was losing my hair due to a medical condition. Hoped these would help. Hair eventually stopped coming out but can't say this helped?

I 100% recommend this supplement. I buzzed my hair off at the beginning of this month because my hair was dead from all the dye and bleach I've used in it, and needed it to grow back healthy again. So far, I've been taking these every morning for less than a month. My hair feels great, it feels thick, and it's growing faster than I've ever seen it grow before. They definitely work like you want them to.
