Charger appears to be working despite exposed wire. Will wrap with electrical tape. Not worth my time to return.

Not as advertised
The unit I received does not work as a fast charger with my Nokia G300. Did I receive the wrong item? Did I receive a defective item? Is the listing inaccurate? No way of knowing.As far as I can tell, this is just a standard wall wart. It does work, and both the adapter and cable seem to be of decent quality. But it does not support the same fast charging standard as the OEM charger.
