Better Houseware2490 Towel bar, Silver

Had to return, received and opened packaging to install, a few of the arms just pulled off and the rounded edges also came off. Not sure if I got a defective one or they're just not well made. It's hard to find three arm towel racks, but I ended up getting a four arm one after this disaster.

This is working well for us. We use it to hold 2 dish towels and a washcloth. It keeps the towels off the floor which is where they always ended up after falling from the knobs on my drawers/cabinet doors.Just a note: The package was damaged when it arrived and one of the end coverings for the arms was loose in the package. It all went back together easily and is ok for now.

Complete waste of $20 for this piece of junk which broke after one week of use. The piece with the 3 arms slides onto another piece which screws into the wall. The "arm" piece broke at the base next to the piece it slides into, revealing the weak porous metal it is made of. At the time it was holding a featherweight scrubbing cloth and a standard (dry) dishcloth.

Very easy to install. Looks and works exactly as described. I mounted mine inside the cabinet door under the kitchen sink to have a hand towel within reach of the sink rather than across the kitchen hanging from the refrigerator or oven door handle. It's right there where I need it and out of the way when I don't.

Very nice looking compact towel rack for paneled thin cabinet door. We have paneled cabinet doors throughout our kitchen. The panels make the useable mounting area small and surprisingly thin. This towel rack fits, looks good and is sturdy enough to hold dish towels, dish cloths and small plastic sink liner. For our situation, we had to buy shorter screws to make it work.

This towel bar is perfect under my kitchen sink for my dish towels. It’s well made & is sturdier than is needed for dish towels but I’m not complaining! Easy to install. Template included for easy installation.

Somewhat wonky but utilitarian. Initially we were OK with it, but after 3.5 years of light use, one day the bracket just snapped out of the blue without even exerting weight on it (we only used it for ONE small hand towel, rarely two).

I bought one of these to put in the garage to hang wash cloths on to dry out before I place them in the laundry. I am getting ready to order a second (I bought a 1' x 2' stainless mesh on Amazon to go behind it to protect the drywall) because the rack suits our purposes perfectly. The rack is flimsy and the arms sag a bit, but that's likely because they are built in China. I tightened up the top cap nut and the arms are tighter, but still sag. For me, that's totally OK. The arms hold wash cloths and dish towels just fine. I am going to mount a second one below the first (the stainless steel mesh is on the wall vertically).

I mounted the towel bar above the kitchen sink, a year and a half ago, and cannot image it not being there. The looseness of the 3 moving arms has an easy fix. After installing the wall bracket, I added some electrical tape – exactly at the two points where the arm component slides onto it. That makes the arm component tight on the bracket. Then you tighten or loosen the top screw on the arm component, to adjust the movement of the 3 swinging arms. It's an elegant design, made of stainless steel.

Not good item at all. It broke after first week. Very flimsy

I found this product is better than some of the other reviews suggest. There is some looseness in the hinge, but if you account for the inevitable dip in the slope of the arms that happens when you mount it, then it hangs straight and works well. Looks very nice.

I like the swing arm hook. the product price is reasonable. It's easy to install. I love the product for its simplicity and design.
