Durable and comfortable
Great barefoot shoes. Have had for awhile and used extensively. Great for everyday wear and durable enough to take it. I've still not worn down the soles after almost a year.

A pretty nice minimalist sneaker
I'm writing this review after 1 day of wearing these. So I may post updates if things change. What I like:I like that the toebox is shaped like an actual human foot. I like having space to splay and wiggle my toes and these shoes offer that. I like how minimal they are. They feel like I'm wearing nothing. What I don't like:I knew what I was signing up for when I bought these, but I don't like the "zero drop" aspect of these shoes. Interestingly enough, the insoles in these shoes seem to be more of a "negative drop" than "zero drop." The thickness of the insole at the heel feels thinner than at the toes when I take it out and give it the "very precise and scientific" finger pinch test. After a day of wearing them with the stock insoles I went to Walmart and bought some Dr. Scholl's cut-to-fit gel insoles that provide a tiny bit of heel raise to them. That modification made these shoes quite a bit more comfortable if you're not a fan of the zero drop aspect. It also gave the general experience of walking around a bit more cushion. I know...I'm defeating the purpose of "barefoot" style shoes by adding heel lift and cushion. Check the pictures to see which Dr. Scholl's insole I got.My only other "complaint" about these shoes is that the soles are kind of loud and tappy sounding when my toes land on the ground. Hopefully that goes away over time.

Not bad, especially for the price
For the price, these are a great introduction to minimalist shoes and a worthy replacement for my old go-to's, the Saucony Bullets.Pros:-Price. These cost less than half as much as most other pairs of minimalist shoes.-Upper material They are soft and breath well. No heel chafing at all.Cons:-Narrow toe-box for minimalist shoes. The toeibox here is a bit pinched, which exacerbates the next issue.-Stitching hot-spot on the pinkie toes. This isn't entirely unexpected. My pinkie toe falls at a spot where there needs to be reinforced stitching. But in a shoe where the materials are otherwise nice and soft and plush, the stitching rubbing here is a bummer. That said, nothing that can't be overcome with a bit of moleskin. And at this pricepoint, it's not bad.Overall, especially if you intend to wear socks and have never tried a minimalist or barefoot shoe, these are a solid first shot without breaking the bank. Give them a shot and see what you think.

Surprisingly Comfortable
Just received today and so far I like them. The heel is rubbing a bit but that's normal in the shoes I buy, usually that stops when the shoes are broken in. The tread on the soles seems solid, not sliding on the floor, but I haven't walked on a wet surface yet.Just a note, these are NOT running shoes. There's a lot less flex to the sole than the other shoes in this brand. This is an even heel shoe and that's why I bought them, so I'm not bothered by the lack of flex. If you want running shoes look at their other offerings.I'm looking forward to seeing how a lowered heel impacts my foot and back pain.

Zero Drop, Wide Toe Box, Minimalist shoe
This shoe was exactly as described. If you have fully adopted “zero drop, wide toe box, minimalist” shoe wear, this shoe will not disappoint. It looks good, it feels good, and the price was outstanding. Regarding longevity, I’ve not had them long enough to comment, but my wife and sister both said that they look good and look comfortable….that they are! If you haven’t been wearing zero drop shoes long, it takes time to fully accustom your feet, and for that matter, your entire lower body (feet, ankles, calves, thighs, hips and lower back) to zero drop. But once accustomed, your balance and lower body strength and posture wil be much improved. So, these shoes support that, and do it at a fraction of the cost of big name brand shoes!

My first pair of minimal shoes
If you're curious and can afford the shoes, buy these and just try them. I've worn "normal" shoes (mostly heavy boots...) for all of my adult life, and these have made me venture down the minimal shoe rabbit hole. They're extremely comfortable, flexible, and you can feel every bit/detail of what you're walking over. I'm a musician and standing for a 2-4 hour performance in my normal footware has started to cause me pain and fatigue. These shoes have solved that issue. I only detract one star for the material within the heel of the shoe. It seems to be of a very thin and brittle material, and it has turned into a weird "crumpled ball of paper" inside of the heel's fabric type of feeling. I don't know how else to explain that. They would be perfect for how they're advertised/described if this could be fixed. I will buy these again if needed so it is really a non-issue, I'm just being picky. And for the price, beggars can't be choosers.
